The location is excellent. It is very close to Hero Square and the city park can be reached within ten minutes' walk. I checked in very late on the first night and there was a big moth in the room. I asked the receptionist to help drive the moth out of the room. There are mosquitoes in the room, the hotel🈚️mosquito repellent tablets or mosquito repellent liquid

It's a very small and old hotel with terrible service. Even though they asked for a toothbrush, they only gave us slippers. I was overcharged for no reason. I only stayed for one night and ran away.

호텔입구에 높은 계단만 존재해서 케리어 가지고 올라가기 매우 불편함. 리셉션 직원에게 얘기하면 뒷문에 엘레베이터 이용가능하니 참고바람.
오전타임 직원은 매우 친절하고 좋음.
룸은 매우 청결했음.
룸 내부 조명이 매우 어두움,
방충망이 없어서 창문열기 두려움,

Mirage Medic hotel in Budapest. Its prime location provided quick access to the main attractions, making exploration a breeze within walking distance to thermal baths and Christmas markets. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep followed by a delightful breakfast. Staff were incredibly friendly and to top it off, waking up to a snowy Budapest added a magical touch to the overall experience. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.

I must say that this hotel made our stay in Budapest fantastic.
We really appreciated that he took care of our arrival at the hotel from the airport, booking us a driver Stefano, who was a friendly and really nice person.
As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the receptionist who offered us a delicious tea, which was very welcome considering it was snowing.
The hotel has all the comforts, abundant breakfast, very friendly staff and the location is really unique. It is a short walk from the M1 metro and overlooks Heroes Square.

Our stay at Mirage Medic Hotel was great,
we had a quiet room,
all the staff (at the reception and also the cleaning personell) was very friendly and forthcoming,
we also could check in earlier which was great because we arrived in the morning!
They also offer additional services, e.g. you can book tickets for the thermal bath nearby directly at the reception as well.
The location is also great, as there is a lot of things to do directly in walking distance in the park (e.g. the thermal bath or the museum of ethnography are both recommendable) and also a metro station to get into other parts of the city quickly.
