The front desk service is very friendly, the room is very comfortable, the breakfast is very good, the environment is beautiful, it only takes a minute or two to go to the National Opera House, and the transportation is convenient. My partner and I like it here very much. Budapest has very convenient transportation and is a beautiful country. It’s worth coming back!

We had a very good experience at the Casati Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, with dinner and other recommendations. The breakfast spread was terrific. The location is great - near the Opera House and Andrassy ut, as well as the Jewish Quarter. The room was spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

We only were at Casati for 12 hours, but the staff and hotel room were outstanding. We hope to visit again soon.

The check in process was very warm and welcoming and this was maintained throughout our visit.
Our initial room was on the first floor and due to its proximity to the kitchen it was quite noisy during the early hours.
We highlighted this to Tunde who was at front of house and assisted and relocated us to a more suitable room despite the hotel being at capacity. She was extremely helpful and even wrote a personal note to apologise for any inconvenience.
Breakfast was lovely as part of the stay with variety of foods each morning.
Armilla was extremely pleasant and helpful.
The hotel is a fabulous location for all attractions and can easily walk everywhere.
It is next to the Jewish quarters which is handy for restaurants and pubs.
The rooms were spacious with good amenities.
The bed was comfortable and they even have a pillow menu which was fabulous!!!
Would definitely stay here again! Overall service was excellent!
