Great location and clean room

Great location in the tourist district and easy access to most attractions, cafe, restaurants and shops. Walking distance about 7 mins slow stroll towards hop-on, hop-off ride services, Front desk and housekeeping staffs were friendly. A big thumb-ups to the Ham restaurant in the hotel providing the best pizza picante, and braised beef cheek I have tried so far in Europe business and leisure travel. Recommended to select Zenit Palace Budapest for tourist or business traveler.

Location is good. Reception staff friendly. Other staff is less friendly. Restaurant staff can be rude :(

Hotel location is good, it’s very near shopping street. Staff is friendly and always available at the lobby. Breakfast is various.

The room is big and clean. Beds come with extra pillows. Shower area comes with sliding door. The location is superb...just behind is the famous Verci Street. The " Ham restaurant serves very good jumon ham and goliush soup. The staff is very friendly. Especially Mr. Feri who help us with late check out as our flight is late in the evening.

I feel like this is the best hotel I've stayed in during my 10-day business trip. It's very well equipped, and there's a clothes drying rack for use, which is super convenient! The location is also very good

We booked a selected family room, which was surprisingly large, equivalent to two suites, each with a bathroom, refrigerator and safe. The difference is that the room with the sofa bed is smaller, the light is not so bright, and there is no bright window. Overall, the hotel has a very open space. Although it is covered by marriot, the location is still very good. The building feels old. I guess it was a riverside view building before marriot was built. The front desk is very helpful. The breakfast waiters feel very busy. Some are indifferent and some have to take a lot of plates and cups to the kitchen. It's a heavy job. I had a meal in the restaurant in the afternoon. The attitude of the male waiter who took the order was surprising. I said I need help and need to ask some questions before ordering. The waiter said that you are very good in English and you should be able to understand it. God knows, this is the name of the dish, and this is in Hungary. Even if you know every Chinese character, you may not know what this dish is! Not to mention that the service awareness is too weak, it is also a bit incredible from a sales perspective. Ordering means paying the bill, right? It won't waste much time to introduce it a few more sentences, and it's not that busy in the afternoon. This situation is rarely encountered at home and abroad. But the food tastes very good. It has been recommended by tripadvisor for several years.

My colleague said it is newer and cleaner than the Marriott across the street. The room is also very big and close to the scenic spot. I will stay here again next time.

Very clean, cleaned in time. The front desk service was very considerate. My passport was stolen while traveling, so I needed to apply for a new passport with the embassy. The front desk staff helped me print the required documents and was very patient. Thank you so much.

The environment is very good and the surroundings are convenient, especially close to the cruise ship.

The hotel is located in the Old Town of Budapest, on the east bank of the Danube River, next to the Marriott Hotel. The transportation is very convenient, and the main attractions are within walking distance. Eating and shopping nearby are very convenient. The hotel decoration is relatively new and simple style. The facilities are relatively complete. The room is not big but enough. The internet speed is quite fast. Sound insulation is good. The service is very good and the attitude is warm. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is of high quality and delicious.
