Direct Collective - Lowanna Beach Resort

The location is great, it's just opposite to the Kawana central. Shopping and access to food and restaurants are great. The staff are friendly and helpful, but when I reported that I suffered a cut in a shower through the app, nobody returned a message and nobody cares. The shower tray is installed at elbow height with sharp edges, it's a stupid design and wrong choice of bathroom ware. When I gave the feedback to the reception and avoid responding. No apology.

Nicely designed, very cozy and clean. Spacious toilets. The apt was a dual key with separate entrances. So the washer and dryer has to be shared.

Found dirty syringes and bags with residue of *****. I have had no help from the motel or trip.com they didn't even come remove the needles until over 24 hours after being reported no compensation nothing at all absolutely unacceptable and very dangerous especially having kids stay here.

Really clean room and great pool and reception area would stay here again. Good location too, very close to beach and the shopping centre across the street has everything you need.

The hotel, the room, and the location were all great. However, the hostess who welcomed us was very rude. We had to wait about 10 minutes because no one was at the front desk, and despite that, she did not greet us in a welcoming or friendly manner. That was disappointing, as first impressions matter. This was the only negative point during our stay, but unfortunately it affected our overall experience.

Close and convenient to shops. Only downside was there were 2 x cockroaches found on the first night. Our queen bed was literally 2 x single beds put together which was uncomfortable. Mattress and pillows were a little too soft, woke up with sore back. Would've been nice to have slippers throughout the stay.

It was hidden spot and what a treasure spot for enjoying am walking along the beach and have a good break for a cup of coffee on the other port side We will visit again Nice and clean family new apartment

Staff unfriendly and poor information on facilities. No smiles from any staff

Great and convenient location. Walking distance to the beach and shopping areas. Can’t find any fault really. Will be back again next time.
