Clean room, would stay again.

Main street traffic noice, complimentary breakfast very limited options . Room not clean, bed seem to been worn down.

The previous comments describing this property were atrocious! So this post is the most recent, and will give you an up-to-date account of staying at this place. What upset us the most --- AND THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT --- is the property says there is a microwave and ironing board in the room we booked! AND THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! Those two (2) items were of MAJOR importance to us! As a business, you can NOT do that! We are paying for what is proposed! When the front desk was notified, we were told there were NO microwaves in any rooms. But he said he would check on the ironing board. Never heard from him again! There seemed to be a problem with some of the basic accoutrements. In our four-day stay, one day they said they didn't have any clean wash cloths, the next day we got them. At that time we asked them for clean hand towels. They said they didn't have any clean. We got them the next day! They are no maps posted on the door to show the layout of the property (i.e. where the ice machine, laundry, etc is located). When we called the front desk for ice, he describe where it was, and he was wrong . . . it was right by the elevator on the second floor! Just say that! The beds have two sheets and a foot cover. We asked for two blankets? Their answer, "We don't have blankets." The place is remodeled and it is nice! Beautiful TV, but NO directory of the channels. Water pressure needs to be better or put in a better shower head. Has potential, but we won't be back!

The breakfast must be improved.I had pay to other place during the week to have breakfast The toaster was unclean and the orange juice was not fresh with a rare flavour. The room maid didnt clean the waste baskets so I had to use boxes. Towels with big holes were left at the room

At the hotel I used the coffee maker as I was making coffee as some bunch of particles in the cup. It seems they hadn't cleaned out the coffee maker for a long time. Online for details, room had a microwave. There was no microwave when we arrived. Hotel afford breakfast very simple and plan, would not recommend for a big eater.

The light bulb above the desk was out, and the bed was sunken in the middle. This property was pretty clean.

We pick hotel with breakfast option and this wasn’t breakfast. Only juice and a few pastries.

Check-in was awful and long. I paid online, yet onsite I had another credit charge: $100 deposit, $20 resort fee (in winter and the pool was cold), and $19 for I forgot for a total of $139 more. The manager did not introduce herself and was cold as the pool. My credit charge was approved but didn’t come over on her computer so she asked me to do another charge and I refused. I had to give her a cash deposit to get my key. The dark floors disguise how filthy they are. They need to get a mop on them. Getting my cash deposit back was another endeavor I won’t go into now.

Overall it was clean but it seemed really weird that the purple plastic covering was still on the box springs. Not even a bedskirt to try to hide it. And pillows were all super flat.
