I booked a family room cave with 3 beds (as I was travelling with my father). Despite the property being advised multiple times, the venue refused to allow a free cancellation even though they acknowledged the accommodation was unsuitable and they didn't have another option beside a double bed. A classic case of dollars over customer service. This affected the whole experience, while the caves are really quite a lovely idea, we saw how dated it was, no shower screen, and broken shower holder, the mosquitos and bugs everywhere including an aggressive spider absolutely determined to come inside (in Australia at least they scurry away), the long trek to get to venue having to reverse three times to accommodate tractors, and the heat (the caves aren't as cool as we expected). I expect the owners have put in a lot of work, it's just a shame they can't follow that up with some decency around their booking descriptions and cancellation policy :-(. If you're trying to make a decision, go somewhere that deserves your business more.

What a pleasant surprise! The drive up makes you wonder if you missed it, but keep following the signs, all the way over the gravel roads, up and through the gate. The hotel is on the top of a cliff overlooking the rover valley. It has regualr rooms, but the place to stay is in the 'cave rooms'. They're something else! The bathroom area is a bit basic and part of the overall space with no privacy, but fortunately the toilet is separate. In the hotel itself you find very friendly and helpfull staff going out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Just next to the hotel building there is a nice pool with seating area. Drinks you can fetch yourself from the honor bar. We needed to upfront let them know what we would like to have for dinner and at what time. Then in the dining area we kept looking out, enjoying the wonderful views over the valley and river below. Breakfast was from 9am onwards and quite an elaborate affair of local products. So overall, if you're looking for something different, then defitely give this place a try!

No entiendo las críticas negativas que tiene este sitio, acabamos llegar de estar en el en la cueva 10, es un sitio para desconectar, en el que los empleados son super atentos, en todo momento se comunicaron con nosotros y nos dieron indicaciones de cómo llegar, de si íbamos a comer o cenar, esto es comprensible, la llegada hasta el hotel se hace por un camino de tierra en el que se tarda 20 min desde el pueblo. El hotel ofrece mogollon de actividades y a nosotros nos incluía una hora de spa. Llegamos el jueves y salimos hoy. Diría que esa noche estaríamos tres en el hotel y el viernes nos sirvieron el desayuno en mesa, no era un super desayuno pero si lo necesario para salir con las pilas cargadas… ese mismo viernes la chica de recepción nos preguntó si teníamos planes y nos dijo dónde podíamos ir que estuviese cerca y que podíamos visitar. Solo cenamos la noche del viernes, el primer día compramos picoteo y en nuestro caso pedimos hamburguesas que no estaban mal. La habitación no la hacen a no ser que lo pidas, pero es comprensible las cuevas no están muy accesibles, pero si están muy limpias y tienen lo necesario. Yo pedí toallas limpias que nos llevaron sin problemas. Pedimos también leña extra que te cobran 10€. Para mi la experiencia ha sido super recomendable, algo diferente en donde la tranquilidad y la desconexión las tienes asegurada

El.lugar es genial las vistas muy bonitas e camarero es el único que te hace la estancia agradable. El desayuno para lo que pagas esta bien son 7€ y no puedes pedir mucho la scomidas no son nada creativas muy vulgar la calidad media la pena son las habitaciones cuevas están deterioradas y encima si no lo pides que no te informan no las hacen tienes que secarte con las mismas toallas y la cama sin hacer .deberían de mejorar tanto que creo que es imposible una pena

El entorno es perfecto para desconectar, hay mucha tranquilidad . Las camas son muy cómodas y son muy grandes. Nos gustó mucho el jacuzzi y la cueva estaba muy limpia. Los pueblos de alrededor son muy bonitos también, fuimos a Pastrana y nos encantó

Hermosas vistas en un hotel normal. Una pena que el spa funcionara a medias, los tres chorros funcionaban cuando querían, igual que las duchas. Nadie devolvió el dinero por este servicio que no fue tal. Un poco decepcionante. Una lástima! No lo recomiendo.

Fuimos para desconectar, estuvimos muy agusto. El sitio una pasada, las vistas, el alojamiento y el personal increíble. Yanka encantadora, siempre con una sonrisa y trato cariñoso. Gracias por hacer que nuestra estancia sea maravillosa. Volveremos seguro!
