A cost-effective hotel with a great location. The communication with the staff was smooth when checking in. The only downside was that the lobby staff (who seemed to be the manager) at check-out was arrogant and treated us with an indifferent attitude when we checked in and picked up our luggage.

Have stayed in this hotel 8 times and it has never disappointed. The location itself is hard/impossible to beat, many sights are within walking distance and of course the fantastic Buenos Aires buses are literally on the door step. Large rooms, well kept swimimng-pool, professional porters at the 24 h desk, huge breakfast.

Mike at the front desk recommended 3 tours that we enjoyed very much.
He was very courteous, informative and solicitous of our needs.
Everything was very nice. Only con was small tight bathroom.

Beds are absolute heaven, same as the pillows, rooms are very complete with everything you might require, spacious and tasteful. Swimmingpool is perfect. Good size and extremely clean. Personnel is very proffesional and helpful. Location is perfect. Just in the middle of everything

The hotel was in a very good location. Although the room is nice, the bathtub seemed to be kind of old and the machines in the gymanstics were broken

Nice breakfast, polite staff, well located and good toilet. Not far from subway, taxis, restaurants and stores. it was a positive experience Just pay attention to outlets, don’t forget to bring an universal outlet with you.

Very good value. Room doesn't have many amenities other than a TV and a safe. Decoration is classic. Great bed. Shades were perfect (I usually complain about sunlight). Staff members were friendly. Breakfast was good (mostly medialunas, cookies, great coffee, two options of juice). The location is very convenient. I'd definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The reception staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice the scrabbled egg was delicious 😋. The room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel was in a good location for the things we wanted to do & see. .
