El lugar es un espanto, no tiene bidet , el agua de la ducha sale fría,la puerta no cierra bien, en fin una mala experiencia, definitivamente al establecimiento le falta mantenimiento. Para destacar el personal de la recepción.

El estado del hotel en mantenimiento es nulo. Puertas hinchadas sin cerrar, falta de enchufes o que te presten adaptador para los trifásicos viejos que tienen. Habitación pequeña, Aireacondicionado roto, ducha de 4 baldosas diminuta. Las habitaciones a la calle son muy ruidosas y las internas sufren el ruido de los ascensores. Desayuno pobre, no vale la pena desayunar ahí es mejor hacerlo afuera.

No lo recomiendo. En general el hotel esta en muy mal estado, sin mantenimiento 1. Reservamos una habitación con cama doble y cuando subimos eran 2 camas twin. Cuando fuimos para hacer el cambio nos dijo “ustedes no aclararon en la reserva” cuando si lo habíamos hecho 2. La puerta del baño no cerraba. Estaba en muy mal estado 3. Para que salta agua caliente de la ducha tenimos que levantar la cadena del inodoro 4. Las sabanas tenian pelos 5. Cuando hicimos el check out tuvimos que pagar la cochera, cuando al hacer la reserva decia que estaba incluida en la tarifa. Y la respuesta de la recepcionista fue “es un error de despegar, no nos podemos hacer cargo” 6. Hicimos el reclamo con el hotel y despegar por el tema de la cochera y rechazaron el mismo Pesima experiencia, no lo recomiendo

Mi pareja y yo estuvimos diez noches aqui, del 16 al 26 de abril. El Hotel esta super bien ubicado, a media cuadra de la Av Corrientes, dos cuadras de la parada Uruguay del metro B y a tres de la de Callao, y a cuatro cuadras del Congreso. Hay cines y teatros a una cuadra y los mejores restaurantes al costado, al frente y en la esquina. Nos dieron la habitacion superior 306, una de las dos con terraza (la otra es la 308). Nos hacian el cuarto y nos cambiaban las toallas, jabones, champues y papeles higienicos a diario, inclusive los domingos. El cto tenia A/C, calefaccion, caja de seguridad, secadora y frigobar. Los empleados de recepcion eran amables. Lo unico malo era que la ducha y el lavabo eran chicos. No probamos el desayuno extra. Regresariamos sin dudarlo.

La experiencia fue muy mala, las fotos no son reales, nos dieron una habitación sin aire acondicionado y con camas separadas cuando pedí juntas. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación y la que nos dieron también tenía camas separadas y la llave no funcionaba, cada vez que queríamos volver a entrar tenía que venir alguien a abrirnos. El lugar está bastante sucio y con manchas de humedad. Hay feo olor, el agua de la ducha era muy poca y no se puede dormir del ruido constante que hay. Se escucha todo, el ascensor, las conversaciones, las puertas, todo.
