Cristal Palace Hotel

The bathroom hand towel had TWO holes in it that were impossible to see. The pillows looked like two sheets of newspaper. They only have one person who attends so there is no way for them to reach the room.

Cleaning and staff very friendly. I would change the quality of the breakfast. There is only coffee and 2 croissants... and it is included in the price. They should have some healthier or more nutritious option. The rest very well.

A hardly comfortable experience. The building shows that it is a few years old. The cleaning service was lazy, you had to ask for a towel and towel and if you didn't notify them they didn't clean. Very poor breakfast, coffee with milk and two croissants. Without garage or attention to take it to an external one. In relation to quality price, a bad choice. The privileged location.

I went for one night and the truth is that it was very good, the guys at the reception were super friendly. I recommend it

Las opiniones no exageran. Nos quedamos dos noches en este hotel porque necesitábamos quedarnos en Buenos Aires y no había cupo en ninguno de los otros de la zona. Sabíamos que no iba a ser bueno por las opiniones, así que no fue una decepción. Supo ser un 4 estrellas, y se nota en la carpintería (antigua pero buena) pero hoy por lo que ofrece no pasaría de 2. Me dio pena sinceramente. La habitación es amplia, la mampara del baño vio días mejores, las pilas del control remoto del televisor ya no funcionaban, la lamparita del velador estaba floja adrede, y el split no tiene solapa ni está enchufado. Si tenés pelo y queres secarlo con una toalla vas a tener que pedir alguna extra porque sólo dan el toallón y una toallita de mano (que termina en la bañera porque resbala muchísimo), hay que pedirles más papel higiénico porque sólo dan el rollo que está puesto, y pasean los secadores de pelo a la habitación que se ocupa porque no tienen suficientes. El desayuno es tan magro como dicen todos, las fotos oficiales definitivamente son viejas. El actual consiste de una "infusión" con medialunas. Dos medialunas. Y la señora que las dispensa te las da a regañadientes, aclarando que "son grandes", por si en una de esas te da miedo desayunar demasiado y terminás pidiendo sólo una. Y el café... bueno, conviene bajar a desayunar temprano para encontrarlo caliente, y no dan cucharitas sino palitos de plástico. Le subo un punto por la atención de recepción, tienen la mejor voluntad pero no alcanza para compensar todas las falencias de este hotel.
