Friendly, attentive staff. Great location in Palermo. Great value, room was cozy and had a nice balcony. There is a design flaw with the shower. The bathroom is clean and fine, but the way the shower is designed causes it to splash water on the floor.

Property is in ill-repair. Many items such as electricity, plumbing, furniture are worn or not working.

Alquilamos un departamento para dos personas, y al final fuimos tres. Agregaron una cama más de manera rápida y sin observaciones. La unidad está equipada con todo lo necesario: heladera, pava electrica, tostadora, cocina eléctrica, y utensillos de cocina: platos, vasos, cubiertos, etc etc. En la recepción todos muy amables. El desayuno se sirve en una cafetería a una cuadra de distancia, que atiende a partir de las 9 hs, lo cual puede ser un problema para salir temprano. En general todo bien!

Las instalaciones cumple, nada sobresaliente. El precio me parece MuY Elevado para el lugar en sí. Traté de llamar varias veces siendo muy difícil comunic**** con la recepción. Muy buena ubicación. El desayuno no es en el lugar, sino a 50 mts. El mismo cumple.
