Un des meilleurs hôtels de mon voyage depuis 4 mois personnel serviable a l écoute l hôtel est très propre et sécurisé la chambre était parfaite spacieuse cuisine avec toute la vaisselle pour 2 nous avons bien dormi nous reviendrons je recommande

They asked me for a deposit of $15,000 and it's been 20 days since I went and they still haven't returned it to me. I have already sent several messages and they always tell me that they are depositing it for me but this never happens. The deposit should have been returned the day after my stay.

I had a bad experience. Starting with the attention that is zero. There is no desire on the part of the accommodation to facilitate or solve anything for the guests, there is no reception, no security, and no people in charge on site. The only way of contact is a WhatsApp number that responds erratically to request advance payment for the room and a bank deposit also before entering (high, more expensive than the price of the night's accommodation). Once I transferred all the money they asked me for, they stopped responding for more than an hour (past the time I was supposed to go in, so I was left on the street with my bags and no answers) I came to think that it was a fraud. Finally they sent me a code to open the door and once inside another code (All by WhatsApp) to open a locker with the room key. Summarizing: THE PROCESS OF CHECK IN A DISASTER. THE ROOM: I paid a price above the average for accommodation in the area because the rooms looked nice and I wanted to stay in a comfortable place -ERROR- The published photos must be at least ten years old, and since then it has been housed a lot of people and NO maintenance has been done on it. The appliances and utensils are old and in poor condition, the tremendous piled-up pillows, the only thing that can be salvaged is sheets and covers. The room HAS NO HEATING, I went in winter, obviously it is not a service that can be dispensed with. The bedding is super light, when it's cold in the room at dawn, look for something else to cover us and guess: THERE ARE NO EXTRA BLANKETS, nor is there a reception, I had no solution of course. THERE IS NO HOT WATER in the taps in the bathroom, kitchen or bidet, only in the shower, it lasts VERY LITTLE and there is a sign that says "Wait 25 minutes between one person and another to take a bath****". Cleanliness isn't outstanding, but it's not that bad either. Finally, to keep in mind (it is not the responsibility of the accommodation, but it is to be taken into account for the price) the area is quite insecure, dark and not recommended for moving at night.

The room is new and nice. Just the heater that didn't work perfectly, but it wasn't very cold during our stay. Our fridge didn't have a freezer. Very good location, close to Plaza de Mayo and San Telmo. Very good shower.

With respect to the establishment, it met expectations, but with respect to the service of **********, it is not convenient for Argentine citizens to hire through said page because they bill you in dollars, and in my case the stay for 6 days when I paid the card it cost me double what it cost me if I paid it personally, I tried to manage the claim but it was rejected so I have no choice but to make use of the stay

Comfortable, clean, spacious, second time we stayed at the Hotel. We will be back for a third!!! Yes indeed. Improve the pillows!!!!

O apartamento tem o tamanho ideal para um casal, é aconchegante e fica numa excelente localização. A facilidade do checkin foi um ponto positivo tambem. Gostei muito da minha estadia lá!
