wonderful facility and walking distance to port. clean, comfortable and great service

Room 705 had a leak that fell on the bed all night and it grew and finally there was nowhere to run the bed to avoid it. I demand a refund for at least one night

I have never stayed in such a rubbish hotel. It has no advantages and a lot of disadvantages. It is definitely a lie to cheat, and here are a few more charges. The facilities are old, the sofa is peeling, and the carpet is dirty Can't close the curtains On the side of the road, all the windows are old and have no sound insulation. It's like sleeping on the road. No one does hygiene No hair dryer No breakfast Can't connect to the network Let's see what else you can think of, I guess they all stick to it.

The sauna and swimming pools part of the hotel are deactivated, they need to be removed from the advertisement. There is no cleaning included. There are no drinks for sale and no restocking of materials in the rooms. The apartment is spacious and has everything described, but the hotel facilities leave something to be desired. Very old elevators and reception unprepared to receive guests, I asked about the SPA options but nothing was explained.

I usually try to find the most positive thing about a lodging but for this place...3 words. Dilapidated, Abandoned and Condemned. The pictures may have shown what it nay have look like 20 yrs ago... but aging wear & tear took its toll and the lack of maintenance nor the effor and pridet to run this establishment is appalling. Broken lights, scums on wall, broken elevator, rotting door... the list goes on. You have been warned.... luckily, we as a couple was managed to laugh it off as a Horror Hotel mishap and added memories..albiet unpleasant ones...to our gallivanting. ...deal breaker... wifi advertised is available...yes only in the lobby space.... a very weak wifi.

The food in the hotel kitchen was ugly, not ugly in bad condition, but poorly cooked, then the bed was very comfortable, luckily in the restaurant on the corner they cooked well, but bye, I was dying of hunger, because I ordered a quick and the receptionist fell asleep and didn't open the door

Excellent beds and attention from Mrs. from the reception, they explain very well how to guide you in that area, everything works with a cold bar in the room, several special elevators, many that nothing is missing in the room.

It's been a while since I stayed here, but the value for money is very good. The staff are kind, but they don't speak English. The room is spacious and convenient, but the problem is that Wi-Fi is not available. It is available in the lobby, but I think this is a big problem. I asked at the front desk and was told that it was not available in the rooms. (If that's the case, I think it should be made available.) I purchased a prepaid SIM from a telephone company called CLARO in the city and used the computer with tethering. (25G for 30 days is 6,000 pesos) Breakfast is not included, but if you go outside, there are cafes that are open from the morning. There are many things within walking distance, so it is convenient.

Good location, near the center, Plaza de Mayo, Palacio Barolo; NO breakfast OR room service OR parking, although there is a restaurant half a block away that gives a 10% discount on your stay, staying at the hotel. The cleaning is correct, although on the two nights we stayed, no one came to clean or change the sheets or towels. It shows that it lacks maintenance (one of the elevators was not working). The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, there is a minibar, electric kettle, microwave, TV, safe and a large seating area. 24 hour reception.

The pool does not work, it does not exist directly. The wifi does not reach the rooms either... the elevators do not have a sensor and close when you are entering A DANGER!!!!! The windows don't work, they don't close because the air pipe has an embarrassing installation. Dirty sheets and pillows, with stains... They never came to clean the room or change the towels... three days using the same towel and the same toilet paper. Walls with holes, lamps were missing, there was no light in the bathrooms in the lobby... dirty bathroom.

Nothing works. Not even the elevators. It's basically a scam. I don't recommend even getting close. The only acceptable thing is the receptionist who in all honesty told us that this hotel should have closed five years ago.

Very good room, heated pool, breakfast....Everything very good. In the surroundings several places to eat...The balcony of the room with chairs and a table is very nice, to watch the sunset...
