Primera noche horrible experiencia, habitación sucia, con poca ventilación, más baño de ducha con problemas de llave, más las cortinas de baño se desarmó, piso de baño sucio. El servicio los destacó, presentamos la queja, al otro día nos cambiaron por una habitación mejor.

Stains in sheets, towels. Not too clean. Rusty bathtub. Air conditioning malfunctioned our entire stay. Window didn’t close well. The only good thing was the price.

Good hotel near Puerto Maduro. Ideal for exploring the city. Only used it to sleep and grab a quick breakfast on my last day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Arrival after midnight was no problem
