Do not under any circumstances sleep in this hotel!One hundred dollars was stolen from my room. My friend in the other room was also robbed of a hundred dollars. The hotel manager does not want to let us see the cameras or tell us who entered to our room. Everything was reported to the police, jorunalists and our embassy in Argentina.

Do not book this hotel!!! a friend and I were robbed. we had separate rooms, and we both were missing $100! none of the staff wanted to help us, they ignored us, so we need to call the police. Don't risk, find another place, we were so sad and dissapointed...

Nice basic hotel with friendly staff. Good location close to the botanical garden. Good heat/AC. Nice little roof top sauna / jacuzzi. Decent breakfast too. Would certainly stay again since it’s a good value for the money that they charge.

This is a modest but very friendly hotel. They actually make the hip vibe work, with attentive people on the front desk, interesting music that is not so loud that you cant hear each other and wonderful colour schemes. The rooms are good. Not 5 star amazing, but comfy. There was a little street noise, but we had a 5 star hotel a few days previously that was noisier. And ear plugs are a travel necessity. It was in a nice area. Lots of shops and people open late at night and a close trip to the airport in the morning.

I found the hotel very charming. It has character since it is not like many hotels around the world that all look and feel the same. I understand why some people have written it needs a bit more renovation, but I find the fact cool that it's located in a renovated house. For my standards everything was there. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, spoke some English (!) and the breakfast was good too. Ask for eggs if you want some, they are happy to serve them. Palermo area with cool bars/restaurants is just a walk away.

Nothing fancy with this place, but that's fine for the price. It was clean and had one of the best showers I've ever experienced. The water pressure was incredible. The staff was great and accommodating, including allowing me to check out late the day of my flight.
