The area wss really cute and wanted to stay in the hotel, but they called and said the computer messed up, so for a discounted charge we can put you in the beach club and she said they were much bigger, so I agreed ( of course) even tho, it was their mistake and said they'd give us 20% off. Anyways, the place was the beach club. Literally 2 minutes to the park. (LSC 3) right when we walked up the stairs, the amount of mosquitoes were wild. My husband had to go get some stuff to spray at Walmart, because they were so bad. They had cobwebs everywhere, stains on the sheets and comforter. I was just so disappointed, because we really love going to hops and coasters. We were also shocked, that they had a whole kitchen, but no silverware or even a papertowel. I think they just needed better employees who need a better maids etc, cuz it was nothing like a hotel. Please please do better! I also, have to email them, because im pretty sure they didnt even give us the discount 🙄

I want to give it a 0, but that's not possible, so I give it a 1. There were ants crawling everywhere. There was hair on the bed. It is obvious they did not clean before our arrival. Not only that but we reserved a cottage with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms however when we arrived they informed us that they were booked and the room we reserved was not available. This is unacceptable considering that we had paid for the larger cottage. We had to leave and reserve a hotel. This service is absolutely unacceptable. I can't believe that this level of respect and service is given to paying customers. I will not be returning.

Don't stay a the beAch inn.We got there and the pull out sleeper had dirty sheets,the bedroom and bathroom doors did not shut.I asked for a partial refund and was denied.they hate to give you more towels only like for you to have what you got when you check in.This will be my last stay ever there.
