The Silk Road Terrace

My friends and I were absolutely delighted with this hotel and its staff. It's conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk to the historic city center, with shops and cafes nearby. The food at Cafe Minor was delicious; the lamb shashlik was both affordable and excellent. The hotel rooms are spacious and stylish, spotlessly clean, and smoke-free. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom has everything you need. We were even given plush bathrobes upon request. Breakfasts were perfectly adequate, with something for everyone. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was new, very nice, and well-equipped. The king-size bed was also new, and the mattress was new and firm, which we liked, and we slept very well. The rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was very generous and featured local specialties. The hotel was not far from the city center, but not directly in the tourist hub. The view from the hotel to the main street might not be the prettiest, but that wasn't what we were looking for. The historic center, with its mosque and fortress complex and central square (a UNESCO World Heritage site), was easily reachable on foot.

This is a relatively new hotel. The breakfast was decent, although there weren't many hot dishes. The room was okay, the duvet was a bit thin, but the heating was excellent. Disposable slippers were provided, and the hygiene seemed alright. The price was good too.

Pros: 1. Delicious breakfasts 2. Spacious rooms 3. Hot water with excellent pressure Cons: There was a foul, 'anal-like' smell in the room, but this might be due to the city's unique characteristics. The city is located in a steppe, so the air is dusty.

The room was as described and had everything needed. The staff were polite and responsive. However, there were some flaws in the room, like a pile of tiny dead gnats – where they came from remains a mystery. The fridge had mold, the glasses were dirty, and the toilet hadn't been flushed... I hope the manager addresses these issues.

This hotel is quite decent for the local area, acceptable. They can issue a receipt upon check-out. It's within walking distance to attractions, and the hygiene is pretty good throughout. The price isn't expensive either, recommended.
