Had a great stay at Holiday Inn Prai during my business trip to Penang. The location is convenient with easy access to industrial areas and nearby amenities. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for work and rest. Staff were professional and courteous throughout my stay. Definitely a reliable choice for business travelers.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Everything feels fresh, modern, and beautifully designed. The attention to detail—from the elegant decor to the warm lighting—creates such a relaxing atmosphere. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating a space that’s both comfortable and visually stunning. I loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway.

New hotel but quite a lot of basic things were not done properly. The room shower drainage has issue and shower area was flooded.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly as well.
Location wise is good as there are many eateries nearby. Hotel buffet was nice as well. So not to worry about food.
