Before check-in, I had been notified by email that the check-in time would be later, around 8-9pm. Check-in day was Saturday, and I arrived early at 5:30pm. The hotel front desk was closed at 5pm on Saturday, so I could not enter directly and could not get any help. The lights at the front desk were turned off, so I had to wait for other guests to come in and out. Since I did not have an international phone, I borrowed a phone from a guest to try to make inquiries. Finally, I contacted the hotel through the guest and got help and got the key to enter the room.
The temperature was low on the night of check-in, so I tried to adjust the indoor air conditioning because it was centrally controlled, but the service had stopped. There was a phone in the room that could contact a remote service processing center to get an answer, but there was no support to help at the moment, so I had to wait until tomorrow. The room slippers provided for guests in the room were not prepared,

Our stay was everything we could have wished for, Cindi at reception was friendly and informative; the room was clean, comfortable and the outlook over the dock and ocean was great. The bed was super comfortable, and amenities provided were very much appreciated. The only disappointment was that there was no available parking after returning late in the evening.

Cleaning staff were helpful and willing to assist, and kept the rooms clean only issue was the Doona's were to small for the bed, which was annoying over the time period. Other then that happy with the accommodation.

It was like brand new. Absolutely fabulous. Walk to Coles and Tavern at night. It was amazing.

There is no indication that this apartment overlooks a cargo dock where noisy loading onto ships commences around 6am! The seaviews are mainly over the top of heavy machinery and certainly NOT an environment for a relaxing holiday! Parking was underground, very tight spaces & very limited! However the rooms were clean & well equipped, except all the pillows were large & firm.

Cindi at Reception went above and beyond to accommodate our needs after we were stranded as a result of cancelled flights due to Cyclone Alfred. Great place and great location.
