Just back from a couple of days in this hotel - friend lives in area - and very impressed. Interesting area with lovely countryside and hotel well placed to explore. Had large and attractive room with very comfortable bed and good TV. Breakfast - in the Brewers Inn close by - was outstanding. I had the all-in continental which included eg porridge, fruit salad (fresh not tinned) croissants and yoghurt . All staff were exceptionally charming and helpful. Very good value.

..should be renamed Prossie Inn Turf Moor! Never heard so many doors banging on a Tuesday night since Jim Morrisson quit! Lenny Henry, I completely understand your promotion of durable mattresses and polyester linen but I will not be entertaing your brand again. Getting too old for that! Cheers, Skweeks.

Very run down needs a good refit. WiFi is shocking don’t pay for it as it’s no better. Mould on inside of windows. Bathroom tired and dirty. Staff are good just let down by the hotel itself. Sort it out premier inn you charge enough for the rooms.

Great location (for Turf Moor) for football fans and well placed for the town centre (a 15 minute walk) and you get the splendid Premier Inn experience you expect from their many hotels. The pub/restaurant next door provides all you would want in terms of drinks and/or meals and there is a big car park. Most enjoyable

Really tired example of this chain. Amazing how the differential is so makes depending upon location. Old fittings in room and an extractor in the bathroom which could have been a film double for a 747 jet engine. Add to that simply awful wi-fi makes this pretty unsuitable if you’re on a business trip as I was . Stick to better locations with modern facilities and some internet!

Exceptional service, especially from Heather, front desk, and manager. Both went out of their way to help. Value for money meal deal and good food, in the summer I expect the location would be stunning with a pleasant outside seating area. Would visit again.

Nice hotel, very convenient next to the motorway. A warm welcome from Charlotte and all the other staff. Typical bedroom which was clean and comfortable. Not as noisy as I feared, with the window closed and the air conditioning on. There was a large pleasant dining/lounge area and a nice outdoor area as well. Breakfast was typical of this brand, freshly cooked and plentiful. The evening meals were OK but not outstanding, although the cottage pie was nice. Good value and dog friendly, we will definitely visit again.

This hotel is now getting long in the tooth. Dirty towel left in bathroom. Lobby smelled of smoke. Threadbare carpet in hallways. That said, we did get two good nights of sleep. Quiet. The food from the attached restaurant (Brewers Fair) is very average. Had breakfast in the past there… bland and greasey

We had a large family party booked into the hotel for a funeral, nine rooms total and a total of 25 adults and 2 children. Staff were lovely especially check in, they had given us all rooms on one landing to stay close together. The meal deals were a god send for us as we were there from the 18 to 20 January. Staff at the Brewers Fayre were brilliant and set up a long family table for us to eat together as we had family from Norfolk, Bedfordshire, Scotland and Cornwall. Would recommend this hotel and Brewers Fayre 100%
