I cannot praise the staff, venue, food and atmosphere at this excellent Fife Hotel! My daughter's wedding was perfect, everything we wanted and more! Nikola and all the staff are so friendly and bent over backwards to ensure our stay was magical!

We visited the Kingswood with 2 old friends for an Indian meal. You have to order 24hours in advance if you want Indian as opposed to European food which means a bit of forward planning - but it’s well worth it as it means that your order is cooked fresh. The food was fantastic. We had a selection of chicken dishes, onion bhajis, rice and poppadoms and it was all really good. My friend rated her chicken tikka as the best ever and I was struck by how lovely and light and crunchy the bhajis were. The service was excellent too and we sat at the window and looked out over the Firth of Forth. A very enjoyable evening.

We spent a lovely afternoon in the Kingswood hotel. The Sunday roast was delicious in a comfortable restaurant with lovely views towards Edinburgh. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. Making this cosy hotel a must for anyone visiting this beautiful area of Fife.

We booked to go to the Kingswood Hotel for Mothers Day as we had been before and hadn't been disappointed. Family members all made an effort to go as our diaries are busy these day so it was nice to celebrate Mothers Day together. Where the hotel is situated is lovely with easy access into the hotel and free parking Unfortunately the high tea wasn't good. The meal choices were limited and a chicken meal cost extra. The cakes and scones were either cheap shop bought or if made then very disappointing and personally we could have made better ones. The child's menu had a dessert option which never arrived, We waited an over an hour to get tea and coffee and had to ask several staff on numerous occasions. The staff were lovely but not enough staff on shift to cover the number of people who had booked in for high tea. We were overcharged but that was sorted out when advised of the error. Staff did apologise to us several times over the course of the afternoon. Overall our family were very disappointed and this hotel unless they improve things wont be one we will be visiting anytime soon.

Stopped off this afternoon for our first visit ever and were not disappointed. Staff were lovely and the surroundings of the canmore coffee lounge was so nice. Had soup and coffee and it was really good and value for money. We will be back soon

We came along to the kingswood for afternoon tea for my wee granny’s 90th birthday. The staff were amazing so helpful and we were well looked after! The food was lovely was a great selection my wee granny had a great day thanks so much to everyone at the kingswood we will defo be back ❤️

Beds are so comfy rooms are cozy the staff are so polite and helpful will definitely be back again the walk and views around the hotel are beautiful aswell will be recommending this hotel to everyone 😊 even though the weather wasn't great we still had a nice relaxing night away

Lovely comfortable hotel big rooms very clean friendly staff full breakfast excellent restaurant with a good selection of fresh produce on the menu lovely views across the firth of forth .Full of old fashioned charm ,the beach is only minutes away great base for visiting Fifes East Neuk

We went with a group of friends for the Hogmany Hoolie and stayed over. The service from everyone was first class. The room was nice, beautifully old fashioned,with a view over the Forth. Unfortunately the heating wasn’t working, but a call to reception got a rapid response. When he couldn’t fix the radiator, he said he would bring up an electric radiator, which he did a couple of minutes later. Full marks for solving what could’ve been a real problem (it was below freezing!) The meal was excellent. We had a piper who was superb. The DJ wasn’t great, but hey+ho, we had a good night! Breakfast was good. All in all , highly recommended.
