2 room suite is kind of small same size as a 1 bedroom with an additional door. Perfect for a ski getaway.

I have been out for more than ten days. This is the best hotel in the entire trip to the northwest. The facilities, services, and scenery are all first-class. I originally planned to stay for only one day, but I didn't want to leave so I stayed for another day. Thanks to our butler Brother Lin, who upgraded our balcony room. This balcony gave us a big surprise. Lying in the room, we can see the green and cattle and horses everywhere, and at night there are many stars like cow hair; every time I go out to the village, the butler Brother Lin and other employees are smiling and picking me up immediately, it really feels like going home. The facilities are also very smooth to use (there are no problems after staying for two days, which is rare in hotels in this kind of place), there is no shortage of water and electricity, I believe it will be very comfortable to come skiing in winter (I will tell you about the heating after experiencing it)

After comparing online for a long time, we booked the Starry Sky Hotel. When we arrived at the transfer center, the butler came to pick us up in an electric car. The 5-minute drive to the hotel also introduced the travel guide. He also added WeChat attentively so that we can contact him anytime if needed.

The hotel is very large and luxurious, and there are still several buildings that have not been put into use. There is a large parking lot, which is suitable for self-driving. However, the path to enter is quite narrow, so be careful when passing cars (it is at the innermost of the tourist center). The hardware is first-class, which is worth recommending; hot water needs to be used with caution. But the service does need to be improved. I guess the boss asked employees to improve customer satisfaction, but the supervisor has not found any good way, and the employees below are doing it in a rather far-fetched way. For example, when leaving, the guest dragged two large boxes with both hands, and then the front desk sent two bottles of drinks. This is very embarrassing. How can they have a spare hand to take it? If they took it hard, how can they drag two boxes? Can't they take the initiative to call someone or help directly? I was embarrassed to see it next to me. Subjectively hope to be very polite, but in reality there is no such service awareness, which is terrible. At the service level, I feel that they are very hard-working, but I always feel weird and don't know how to provide good service.

The room was very nice, with floor-to-ceiling windows and snow-capped mountains behind. Two bottles of Oriental Leaves were also given. The breakfast was also very good, with a variety of choices. I will come again in a while!

He reminded me to eat breakfast every day and helped me call a car to and from the ski resort. Thank you for your hard work! The breakfast and rest every day are also good. So it is more standardized, the facilities are more complete, and there are several buildings! The hotel has a butler, laundry service, restaurant, and parking lot. Key points: The hotel will send nuts and Oriental leaves! Delicious! Really surprised! 3. The butler service is very thoughtful. After booking the hotel on the Ctrip platform, the butler contacted me soon to confirm the needs, and was very kind, trying to give a better room!
