Royal Residence Bursa

This place was a last minute have to stay place and it was our worst hotel experience although bursa was amazing the only bad thing was this residence the apartment smelled like sewers all the time from the bathroom the hotel had only one elevator which made it very inconvenient for all the residents and the employees we had to wait long for it and the apartment wasn't sound proof we felt like windows were opened all the time although they weren't and once we came back to find our keys not opening to find out they changed the lock without leting us know or asking for permission since all our thing are still in the apartment and a couple of times we had to ask for the garage door to be open so we can get out all i can say that the location of this apartment was the great thing about it the employees were very nice and helpful and i can't blame them for these things but this place needs a really good professional management and to add 2 more elevators especially one for services since its a serviced apartments residence and a smarter maintenance system.
