The Hinoki bath was a satisfying choice for my mom. Disappointed with yesterday's dinner, I didn't have dinner today, and my satisfaction increased dramatically. The breakfast was unique and satisfying.

우선 아주 친절하시고 직원분들 대체적으로 젊으시고 석식과 조식 모두 만족스러웠습니다.
풀장에 사우나도 있어서 편리했습니다.

전반적으로 사진과 동일한 컨디션이었고 벌레도 딱히 나오지 않았으며 냉난방도 되게 잘 되는 편이었어요 다만 객실이 전반적으로 다 통유리로 되어 있어서 건너편 호텔이랑 가깝기 때문에 내부가 잘 보이는 것도 없지 않아 있고 암막커튼이 아니라서 아침에 해가 좀 많이 들어오기 때문에 눈이 부시다는 점이 단점이 되겠습니다 이 부분 빼고는 전반적으로 전부 다 친절하셨어요.

만족스러운 하루를 묵고 갔습니다.
객실 수건걸이나 이런 부분 보강은 필요해 보여요.
그러나 저녁 식사 후 너무 만족..
뷰도 너무 만족스러웠습니다.
야외 자쿠지도 아주 만족스러워요
위치는 바다 바로 앞이라 아침에 일어나면 윤슬을 볼 수 있어요.

가족들과 함께 이용했는데 만족스러웠습니다.
아쉬운점이 몇가지 있어 개선되면 좋을것 같아 남깁니다.
침구류가 습하고 무거웠어요... 매트리스는 메모리폼이라 푹푹꺼지고, 이불은 무겁고, 베개는 습해서 아쉬웠네요. 냄새는 안났어요.
주차가 아쉬웠어요... 별도 주차장이 마련되어 있지 않고 타워식이라 차를 넣고빼기 불편함이 있었네요.
엘리베이터가 너무 느렸어요... 장애인 전용 엘리베이터라 그런가 했는데, 객실이나 화장실을 보아도 건물이 장애인을 배려한 공간은 아닌것 같았어요.
그럼에도 야외 히노끼 및 루프탑 수영장, 객실의 파노라마 뷰는 너무 좋았습니다 :)

자쿠지, 수영장, 오션뷰 같이 있어서 예약했습니다. 장점만 있을 것 같던 곳이 기대를 너무 많이한 탓인지 단점이 돋보였네요.
수영장 수질이 별로고 물 온도 미온수 아니고 냉수입니다. 예전 블로거 후기가 많아 미온수인 줄 알았는데 지금은 미온수운영을 안한다고 하더라구요.
석식은 맛있는 가이세키라고 해서 2인 17만원 내고 먹어봤는데.. 일단 차례차례 나오는 게 아니라 그냥 한 번에 나오고 맛은 그럭저럭이었어요. 좀 충격이었던게.. 비빔국수를 미리 만들어서 랩으로 씌워놓고 맨손으로 저희가 보는 앞에서 그냥 뜯어서 먹으라고 주시더라구요…ㅎ
그리고 제일 기분이 상했던 점은, 저희는 연박했는데, 연박중간청소 시간을 2시로 예약하고 잠시 산책갔다오니 1시20분 정도에 청소중이시더라구요.. ㅠㅠ 숙소 안에 노트북 업무화면 켜놓고 속옷, 귀중품 다 그대로 놓고 갔는데 너무 민망하고 속상하더군요.. 정말 기본적인건데.. 호텔이 2성급이고 가격도 석식포함 싼가격은 아니라 기대 많이하고 갔는데 많이 실망했어요. 절대 다시는 안 갈 것 같네요. 소파 밑으로 검은색 벌레가 지나다니는 등 숙소 청결도도 썩 좋지 않았어요. 세면대에 하수구냄새도 나구요.
기본만 해도 좋을텐데.. 여러모로 기본이 안되어 있어서 다음엔 그냥 풀빌라나 근처 성급 더 높은 호텔갈 것 같습니다.. 이미 저는 갔다왔지만 다른 숙박객한테 이런 피해는 또 발생하지 않았으면 좋겠습니다…
