Staff are nice but more flexibility (from management?)will be appreciated. We have asked for toilet rolls twice.  They are friendly and appreciated (special thanks to luggage storage but will be better if we do not need to change room for our 5 nights 4 days trip /or staff help us to do the change since we are staying in the same accommodation) Thanks

It was located right next to Busan Station and very easy to find and check in. The connecting room was very convenient between the 2 families in our trip. Complete with the necessary amenities, 2 CUs on the ground floor, and next to a bus stop/station, it was the perfect location for our trip. It also had a wonderful view of the Harbor bridge.They were also quite responsive and I appreciate that.

Good location right opposite train station. Service is decent, though troublesome at times as there's no service personnel on site. Facilities are non existent, as we are not allowed to use the condo facilities, so no gym nor any pool. View from apartment is good though, so that's much appreciated.

Very accessible to Busan station.. but far from the city center. The room is very nice. Good view. Amenities are also very nice. It gave us a korean vibe experience. There’s a 7/11 at the frst floor.
