Haeundae Marianne Hotel

It's the worst of the worst... It's not even a hotel, it's not even a motel... Check Trip.com for information that breakfast is available. I made a reservation because I was told I could pay on site. My 7-year-old child always wants breakfast when we travel, so I put breakfast at the top of my mind when making hotel reservations. In the customer request, I asked for breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child. I saw a reply from the hotel on the app saying, 'We will do our best to prepare.' When I checked in, there was a middle-aged man alone, and when I talked about breakfast, He said, “I understand. If I go up, I will proceed.” Even after 30 minutes and an hour, there is no word. I went down with a frustrated heart and this is what he said Did you come on a trip to eat breakfast? I ended up getting scolded for something as simple as going out and eating and then complaining... The hotel's customer service was all terrible and the parking was terrible. The cleaning condition of the hotel was so-called 'shoddy'... I feel bad for going on a trip with my family and feel bad for my wife and for giving my children bad memories... Why was the information not updated between the hotel and Trip.com? Do I have to pay for all the problems that arise? However, Trip.com's customer service deserves praise. We contacted them a total of four times and continually asked for their understanding. Hotels of this level cannot even be searched by others. It deserves blocking... The cleanliness of the hotel was also incredibly dirty. There is no soundproofing at all. If you are planning to come with your family, please skip it first.

The room was clean and had a nice view of Haeundae, but there were some inconveniences, such as the bathroom light switch and towel rack being broken, and only hot water coming out of the sink.

There was hair and menstruation on the blanket, so I asked to change the room layout, and they said they were sorry that the room was full. I just used it, but the next day, I put a room cleaning ring on the door handle and it wasn't working, so I ended up connecting the front desk. If you pay a little more attention, I think you'll use it often, and the price is cheap. .ㅠㅠI’m sorry.

The price was a bit expensive as we went on a peak season weekend, and the rooms were worn out and smelled a bit, perhaps because it was an older hotel. I am very satisfied with the location.

I went with three friends. Considering the low price, it's not bad for just a few days' sleep. It’s also very close to Haeundae sea. It’s also close to downtown Haeundae!

The room I booked smelled so bad that I couldn't sleep, so I told the front desk and they moved me to another room. The room I moved to was nice.
