My stay this time was a terrible experience. The front desk staff had an extremely bad attitude and absolutely no service awareness. Previously, when the bedsheets accidentally got wet, I reported it to the hotel hoping they could help change them. However, the front desk not only failed to solve the problem but also gave evasive answers, telling us to just let them air dry and doing nothing. They were cold and impatient throughout, completely disregarding guests' needs. This time, when I encountered another issue, the front desk's attitude was still stiff and their tone aggressive, making communication difficult and showing no patience at all. It was very uncomfortable. The room facilities were mediocre, and the service was even worse. I'm paying to stay here, not to be upset. I do not recommend staying here; choose carefully!

Extremely satisfied with the room! The sea view is stunning, and the location is absolutely top-notch. We mostly had dinner at the snack street downstairs. It's also very close to both the metro station and the beach. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I chose this place specifically for the balcony, so I could wake up to the sunrise. The room also had heating, and it's super convenient with a pedestrian street right downstairs and a night market just behind – you can find anything you want to eat!

A special thanks to the front desk staff for arranging a room on the 31st floor, the highest level, which offered a fantastic view. The hotel's location is also excellent, right on Haeundae commercial street, making it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Getting to the beach is as simple as crossing the street. The only downsides were the very limited disposable amenities provided in the room and the 11 AM check-out time, with luggage storage only available until 3 PM.

The sea view is stunning, but there's a building blocking part of it. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the toilet has a smart bidet. Facilities: Quite comprehensive, though you'll need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. Service: The front desk staff speaks Chinese. You can store your luggage if you arrive early, and they'll ask for your estimated pick-up time.
