The hotel is very close to Busan station and I could see it from my room, however, note that there’s a lot of clubs and bars around and this hotel’s entrance is in a back alley. There’s only one lift and low security as the lift does not require room key and the room door does not have a latch. The reception lady was really patient and nice as she couldn’t find my booking and we had to use Google translate to sort things out as she cannot speak English. The towels provided are small, old and yellow but seem clean. I did find a towel torn, they shouldn’t provided such towels. I also found a stain on the bed sheets. The automatic toilet wash doesn’t work and the manual bidet leaks. Odd that they provide a used comb in the room. No cups provided but a kettle is provided and there’s two bottles of water in the fridge. There are a lot of TV channels available. The table provided has one wobbly leg which is scary. They provide bath robes and the usual amenities. The lights in the bathroom will switch off automatically after some time.

I use it because it’s so cost-effective! However, disposable items cost extra, so you have to buy them or take them with you!

5층에서 머물렀는데 부산역이 한눈에 보입니다 그리고 자잘한 서비스가 많아요 1회용품은 프론트 앞에 있는데 유료인지 모르겠네요 ㅎㅎ

Asan Dreaming Tree, affiliated with the Chungnam Parents' Association of the Disabled, used the Maximum Street Hotel in Busan on December 27th and 28th. I made a reservation almost 3 years ago due to COVID-19 and am now able to go. They gave me 5 rooms for free so I stayed very comfortably. The clean room, bathroom, and basic amenities were all top-notch, and the owner's kindness and hospitality were especially top-notch. The owner guided us on a Busan city tour and introduced the tour guide as a very nice person. A hotel very close to Busan Station, clean and comfortable interior, owner full of kindness and goodwill, I would recommend it to anyone and I will also use it. A million stars☆☆☆☆ ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
