Trip service is bad, when I get to the hotel ,I don’t know how to check in because it is self-check hotel and I didn’t get my reservation number. And the agents also don’t know ,I think the hotel is not so foreigners friendly

Auto self service idea is good , but the main door side need to indicated bigger side. I went to the wrong hotel then ask for direction.
Hard to find in the first period. But staying was good.
