Paradise Hotel Busan

The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the service is great. My favorite part was the outdoor hot spring.

The hotel was great, and the hot spring was a nice bonus. Since it was our honeymoon, they upgraded our room, which was a lovely touch. The lunch buffet for two was 1200 RMB. If you're vegetarian, I wouldn't recommend it, but if you enjoy seafood, the abalone was quite good. Overall, I felt the dining wasn't great value for money. Perhaps Korean fruits are expensive. You can definitely find much better food outside the hotel for less. Unfortunately, I left a very important item behind. The hotel said I could pick it up next time I'm in Korea, but who knows when that will be! Next time you travel to Korea, pack light. It's a hassle to forget things. Eating and accommodation in Korea generally aren't cheap, but cosmetics and clothes are affordable and stylish. So, if you're planning a trip to Korea, don't bother bringing too many clothes – just buy them there.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The facilities are incredibly complete, with a swimming pool, hot springs, a kids' club, a playground, and even a shopping center. You definitely won't get bored staying here, even if it rains. Plus, the hotel's location in Haeundae is super convenient; everything is nearby, and there are tons of great restaurants in the area. Honestly, I think this is probably the best hotel I've stayed at in Busan.

The room overlooked Haeundae Beach, offering a truly delightful sea view. I was very pleased with the environment. The room itself was also very clean, and the service was very warm and welcoming. I even went to the hot springs in the evening, making it a truly pleasant trip.

I chose this hotel based on Ctrip's high ratings and positive reviews, but honestly, I don't feel it lives up to its 'Busan's best' reputation. The hotel facilities are dated, and the overall environment is just okay – it doesn't have that grand five-star hotel feel. It's just very average, not terrible, but nothing special. The front desk staff was excellent though! The hotel towels had a strong disinfectant smell, but the surroundings of the hotel were quite nice.

This hotel is right in the heart of Haeundae Beach and close to the subway station. I booked a room with a terrace, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The hotel service was excellent too. A lot of local Koreans stay here, and one of the lobby staff spoke Chinese, which made communication super easy! 😁

Absolutely loved this hotel!! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. The service is excellent, and the location is great. For less than 2000 a night, it's incredible value for money. The new building has an infinity pool, and the main building has hot springs, both free for guests to use. On the ground floor, there's a kids' play area and a BMW kids' driving experience. The bellhops are enthusiastic, and the front desk staff are thoughtful; they'll even jog over to open the car door when you're getting in or out. One time, my child fell asleep, and I put him in the stroller. A bellhop standing nearby immediately took the clothes I was holding and carefully covered my child in the stroller with them. I truly loved it.
