My friend and I stayed at Hound Hotel for one night and we were really disappointed with the provided service.
First of all, we were not warned in advance that additional blanket would cost 10.000 won. Alright, we payed this sum to Ahmed during our check-in and then left to explore the city. We were back late in the evening and the blanket wasn’t there (neither near the room door, nor in the room). We had to explain our issue to the new hotel member at the registration desk with poor English in the middle of the night.
When we were in the room, we noticed that there were black hair across the bed and a bathroom towel with a hole in it, so obviously the cleaning service wasn’t that decent.
The only plus of our room was the balcony.

I've booked 2 rooms, same room type, but 1 was alot smaller than the other one. But still acceptable. The bigger one can have two open 28" luggages. Good sized bathroom with good water pressure. Location was good, less than 5 mins walk from busan station. Lots of food choices around, the famous gukbap is just 2 lanes away. One negative was there was a lack of amenities, no toothbrush/toothpaste, shower cap etc was provided. Only shampoo conditioner n shower gel was provided. Please bring ur own.

Like the location which is near and walking distance to Busan Station!
Can get around Busan with bus and subway easily!
Near to eateries and restaurants, convenience stores, cafes!
Staff are nice and helpful!
Hotel provides stylers to refresh your clothings! 👍🏻

Good location, 5 mins walk to Busan station. Mostly friendly staff at front desk. My problem is the Inconsistency in housekeeping. The room is dusty which I had to clean myself. I stayed 5 nights, can see some days with good cleaners and some bad days when there are no cleaning and refill of papers.

Overall a nice 4 nights stay at the corner room, I had a room that had full length windows angled/ facing the train tracks(not noisy). The bed and pillows was excellent. Bathtub/shower room was big but towel rack was so far away above the basin (weird design), when using the shower inside the bathtub, water splashed everywhere therefore have to squat/sit at shower. Amenities are adequate and towels were changed everyday, the LG styler refresher was a +. Overall a very nice stay with young vibes. The only -, staffs seemed lackluster, it could be the minimal conversation skills probably.

Had a wonderful stay. Hotel location was strategically convenient, near to busan station and staff was friendly and helpful, small hotel but very warmly feel and comfortable. Room was a reasonable size. Will recommend to others.

This lovely boutique hotel is walking distance from the Busan KTX Train Station as well as the Busan Station subway ( line 1 ). Many tours start off from the vicinity, plus there are many eateries around and in the Busan KTX train station.
The hotel serves a really lovely breakfast - I had the fried pork set which was delicious & substantial. The reception staff are excellent - Oliver Kim was cheerful and very helpful. It’s a good place to stay for a first time visitor to Busan.
