"Affordable pricing with 5-star services. The room is very clean as they clean the room throughly everyday. They also have powerful hair-dryers. Excellent location. 10-min walk to Perth Station, 5-min to Woolsworth, and 2-min walk to Chemist Warehouse. Appreciate the little card and chocolates that they prepared for me.
Highly recommended for solo traveller, but the room may be squeezy for 2 pax and there is only one power point.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay!"

Ppetrina yeoWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

Ttewefantastic location ! woke up to a lovely harbour view , fresh air , directly opposite the ferry trrminal, where you can just hop on the ferry to cross opposite to cbd, downtown, chiantown etc in a mere 10 mins ride ! hotel is clean, new , come fully fitted with kitchenette, onsite carpark is available , also theres a free washing machine and dryer at level 2 and BBq pit which was awesome

11373222****Excellent hotel with a superb location. The room was spacious and bright, and the desk and internet were top-notch. The staff were professional and efficient, quickly resolving issues, even helping me with a parking mix-up. The entertainment facilities are great too, with pinball and foosball downstairs. Overall, a fantastic experience.

AAnnehaibeiHAPPYThe location is great, and the service attitude is super good. The room size is quite spacious. We were able to store our luggage in advance, and since we arrived early, the staff helped us bring our bags in and even told us they'd call if a suitable room became available. As a result, we were able to check in around 12 PM, even though check-in isn't usually until after 3 PM. That's fantastic, I'm very satisfied! After breakfast, we checked out and could store our luggage for free again. We walked to visit the Perth Mint and then came back to pick up our bags. The kettle is both eco-friendly and beautiful; I bought two more before leaving for $4 each, which isn't expensive.
The downsides are that there's no tissue box in the room, and the latex mattress felt a bit strange because it seemed a bit too big for the bed. The most important issue is with the bathroom ventilation system; I couldn't find a switch anywhere. If one person uses the toilet and another goes right after, it's quite unpleasant.

MM40929****Great location, right next to the pedestrian street. Lots of food options nearby, and it's close to the beach. They have a 24-hour front desk and three fast elevators. There's a kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, two pots, a knife, and a cutting board, so you can cook your own meals. The cleanliness was just okay; they didn't come to clean during my three-day stay. I'm not sure what the two plastic sheets on the toilet seat were for; I'd need to sanitize it before feeling comfortable using it. There's also a 1 yuan deposit, and I'm not sure when I'll get it back.

GGuest UserThe hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.

GGoh Zhe LiangStayed in twin room on 2nd floor. Room was quite dusty and both the power sockets at the coffee table doesn't work so had to boil water at the desk. There is no indication of the number to call for reception. The bedside power socket is near the floor behind the bed so you have to roll the bed away to access the socket. Carpark for full day is 38AUD with multiple entry until 1pm the next day.
Front desk staff was excellent! I forgot to get her name but she gave my two girls small gifts when we were checking in during Christmas!
