Room facilities and sanitation are OK; the staff service attitude, courtesy and thoughtful are very good, and they also take the initiative to give drinks; the new hotel is indeed more fashionable and novel, with a sense of technology and modernity, so that I use voice, so as not to type the result is comfortable and pleasant; The air conditioning in the hotel lobby is very sufficient and powerful, so that Italy 🇮🇹 summer travel is cool and comfortable; breakfast is OK; the location is very good, very close to the shopping mall business district, many main attractions can be reached on foot, and the safety factor is high; A pleasant stay experience, it is worthy of a new five-star hotel with high evaluation. For your reference only.

Guest UserThe room was quite spacious and conveniently located right by the roundabout. The parking lot seemed to be free, probably because it's off-season. It's a great spot for those traveling by car. We took a bus directly to the island, and on the way back, a train to the mainland, where there were plenty of Chinese restaurants. After dinner, it was a pleasant 30-minute stroll back to the hotel. It was a perfect trip, Venice is beautiful and wasn't smelly at all. Fantastic. We skipped breakfast as we had an early start the next day to return the car and catch our flight. A perfect end to our ten-day journey.

Guest UserBefore my stay, I saw mixed reviews online, but after experiencing it myself, I found it to be pretty good. The front desk staff were very friendly and patient.
**Transportation:** There's a bus stop very close to the right of the hotel entrance. Using Google Maps, it's quite convenient to get to the train station or Venice's main island. Just make sure you're heading in the right direction before boarding. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the main island, but you need to factor in waiting time for the bus. I bought several tickets at an automatic machine at the train station, each costing 1.5 Euros. Remember to validate your ticket when you get on the bus.
**Surroundings:** If you walk ten minutes to the right of the hotel entrance, there's a huge shopping mall where you can find food, entertainment, clothes, and souvenirs.
**Airport:** Taking the bus isn't very convenient; from the last stop, you'd have to walk nearly 2km. So, I decided to ask the hotel to call a taxi for me. It took 20 minutes to get to Marco Polo Airport and cost 40 Euros.

Alex Fu HKGThe best even hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe.
Super perfect service, highly professional and quality staff, good English, efficient, and take care of my every details.
Quality physical condition of the hotel, the hotel is a re-renovated building from a flour mill, so that it is very spacious, my room is big enough also in European hotel.
Great location, 15-minute from St Mark’s Sq, chilled island and not distanced but you’ve to take water taxi to get to the hotel
Qualify breakfast, an unforgettable enjoyment for my stay
Reliable Water shuttle bus - one of the very important services provided by the hotel to go to / from St Mark’s Sq, Euro15 for the whole stay, 30-minute frequency every day. And the hotel also offer complimentary water taxi to Murano Island everyday, so that I can visit both Murano and Burano at the same day.

Guest UserThis hotel is a must-recommend! My child and I both agree it's the best value-for-money hotel we've stayed at in Europe so far. The moment we got off the train, we could see the hotel's logo from the platform – the location is excellent, right across from the train station, less than a 2-minute walk. Plus, the room was bigger than we expected, the largest we've had these past few days, and it was very quiet. It came with slippers, a hairdryer, a kettle, and air conditioning. We booked a king-sized bed, which was very spacious, and the bathroom and bathtub were also large. If you turn right out of the hotel, then right again at the first intersection, you'll find many Chinese restaurants. Walking less than 5 minutes down the road, on your left, there's a large, affordable supermarket where a big bottle of water costs about 0.35 euros. The hotel breakfast was also very generous, with a wide variety of items, including boiled eggs.

Sekani 27The hotel is very well located, with a bus stop just a 3 minute walk away and the train station about 8 minutes walk. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The hotel is clean, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. The room itself was decent; however, the shower stall was extremely small and quite difficult to move around in. I’m not sure if this was specific to my room or typical across the hotel.
Breakfast was simple but satisfactory. As the breakfast area is relatively small, guests are asked to choose a time slot, usually around 40 minutes which is generally enough time to eat comfortably.

Guest UserThe location is quite convenient, about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, and there are bus stops nearby.
There's no kettle, and all drinks in the mini-fridge, including a 500ml bottle of mineral water, cost 1.5 euros. The tray only has two glass cups, with no free coffee or tea for brewing. Even though I never use them, their absence makes the hotel seem cheap. The only saving grace was that the restaurant staff downstairs were very nice and willing to fill my thermos with hot water. There was only toilet paper, no facial tissues. This is the stingiest four-star hotel I've ever stayed in.
I had already paid the full room rate, but upon check-in, they insisted on scanning my passport and credit card together for their records. Luckily, I had covered my security code beforehand. I don't understand why this rundown place needed to keep a credit card on file, probably for those overpriced drinks in the fridge? I'd been traveling for ten days, and all other hotels only required an additional city tax payment. This old-fashioned place was the only one that insisted on a credit card deposit.

Guest UserRight across from the train station, it's super convenient for getting to the island of Venice. There are tons of restaurants around the hotel, especially Chinese ones, which was a welcome change and really hit the spot after being away from home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

mxspaceExcellent! I managed to snag a discounted agent rate, so for about €15 per person, it was incredible value for money. Bus route 2 goes directly to Venice's main island. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the room was quiet and comfortable with very new facilities. While you can't compare it to what you'd find in China, for Europe, it was really excellent.

John | linjinxiongGreat location if you're traveling by car. It's right off the highway exit, and there's a dedicated, secure, and convenient parking lot. Getting to the main island of Venice by car is a breeze. The hotel also has excellent facilities.
