"I chose a package for breakfast and dinner. There are four restaurants + buffet options for dinner. Unfortunately, we can’t order a restaurant for two nights. The buffet is really hard to say. After eating one, no dish is delicious. The only thing that can be eaten is the drink to pay. The next night we still chose to go out to eat the dinner included. The hotel is a very traditional European resort hotel, many old European men and women. The room has a ceiling fan and no air conditioning, but we go to the evening in summer and it is quite cool."

GGuest UserThe hotel is super located and has a hotel's own parking. We were very friendly welcomed with a welcome drink. Breakfast was also super and very rich – above all the fruit selection was genial. We did not like our room. We had booked an extra room with balcony and then received a room in the 1. Stock with a balcony on the passage, which was very funny – No man is sitting on this balcony ... The shower has changed uncontrolled from cold to extreme heat so we have burned. On the first day we were wake up before 9 a.m. because the staff wanted to clean the room, that was angry. On the second day the room wasn't cleaned at 14.00 clock yet, although we were away all morning. At breakfast our ordered eggs went below – we waited for two 3-Minuten-Eier over 20 minutes. When we ordered them again after 20 minutes because we thought the order was forgotten, they asked us quite nonchalantly whether we really want four eggs. After our statement that we have been waiting for ever, there was no excuse or anything that we found quite unsuitable. In all, we would probably not book the hotel again, because there were too many negative aspects and experiences for the quite high price.

Hhaika1999The hotel is old and the location is very good. We live in the tower and we can see the sunset at night and the sun is shining in the morning. The breakfast room is very good. We ate outside and loved it. There are many varieties of breakfast, and the quality is good. The swimming pool has an outdoor swimming pool, so the bold can swim directly in the sea.

GGuest UserThe staff is friendly, the room is a good size and everything was clean. The room has a mini fridge, slippers and robes. They also provide pool towels. There is a cleaning service everyday and they change all the towels, including the ones for the pool. The bed was not the best as it was quite hard and had a spring mattress. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the jacuzzi and sauna. We haven't tried the outdoor pool as we only spent time there in the evenings. The breakfast was good. I'd come back as it was a nice experience overall.

A clean room in which it was comfortable sitting on the terrace to look at the ocean.
Very delicious breakfast, a great variety of fruit, baking.
Free visit to the gym, sauna, Turkish guy.
The greatest value is the staff of the hotel, which always welcomes the guests.

GGuest UserWe were very comfortable at the Pestana Grand Hotel. The guests were 60+ , which did not disturb us.
The food could be a little more spiced and after a week half-pension it was enough.
The mattresses were very soft at first, but I did so well. The internet is very weak, but somehow everywhere on the island, not enough to work m.E..
All in all was but a super relaxing week U d in the evening there was almost always life music (for the older semester:-) )

GGuest UserThe bathroom facilities are simple, and the deluxe double room has no door. It is inconvenient to dry clothes on the balcony, and the room is too small. The environment and service are good, three meals a day are all inclusive and taste good, and the parking is convenient.

GGuest UserThis was a great experience, my room included a spa wet circuit which was very relaxing. The views from hotel were amazing and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The location was very convenient and close to the town center. It was an excellent and relaxing hotel stay.
