The Frenched lamb cutlets (4!!) are beautifully cooked - the fat is rendered nicely, there's some char, and they are just pink in the middle. Perfect. Served with a nicely soft and well-cooked potato layer cake, heaps of delicious green veges (peas, edamame pods, beans) and an unctuous gravy. $36, but SOOO worth it! And yes, you can ask for a takeaway container 'cos you may not finish it all!
