Tutto bene, cibo di qualità. Da rivedere un po’ la pulizia degli ambienti comuni e soprattutto la connessione a Internet nelle stanze

Here are the pros and cons for me after 1 week stay in mid September: - Pros - beautiful area, sea view rooms on the upper floor are very nice and spacious, nice staff, very clean everywhere- rooms, pool, alleys. Great coffee and drinks at the main bar at decent prices. Beautiful and well kept gardens. - Cons - the resort is very isolated, the food is repetitive and the main meals (pasta, fish and meat) are served by the staff, so sometimes you end up with mostly bones or fat. No vegetables for breakfast. The desserts didnt look very appealing and tasted like cheap cantine cakes, tgd only exeption was Sicilian night. Poor quality wine from a machine. The animation is in Italian only and in the evening ends after 23.30. The biggest issue for me is that the beach is almost non existent - only half of the umbrellas remain and it costs 15 eur, no matter how many people use it.

We went at Sikania last week and I would give them no more than 3 stars. The rooms were OK. The food not good at all. You had to queue for a good 10 min to get hot food which in the end was tasteless. 2/3 of the tables had reserved signs and we struggled to get one for ages. Begging the waitress to set us one. We paid for all inclusive only to be told at the bar that we need to pay for drinks , ice creams , water etc. 15 euros for sun lounge at the beach. The only good thing about the hotel were the entertainment staff. Always had a smile on their faces.

I own three yoga studios and we go on six or 8 trips every year all over the world, this is the best animation we have ever been to, everyone is so smiling and teaches from the heart, the best professionals. Here are some of the positives worth mentioning: 1) Staff were generally very courteous and polite; 2) Having allocated tables in the restaurant eliminates searching for a place to sit at mealtime; 3) Rooms are nice and air-conditioning was in good working order; 4) I love the greetings from Future club/people members at the entrance of the restaurant extended to incoming diners. Keep up the good work, guys and gals! Above being said, improving on a few of the services provided would make it an even better establishment, namely: 1) Food variety is quite limited with minimal variation from one day to the next, i.e. basically the same food items were served throughout our 7 day stay at the resort. There are no vegetables provided for breakfast, not even tomatoes, or other basic breakfast items such as fried whole eggs. Talking about tomatoes, even when they are provided, e.g. at lunchtime, they look and taste like they were sliced at least a day in advance. 2) No ice cream served with any of the meals at the height of the summer. Whatever happened to the likes of amarena ice cream, which Italy is famous for?!? 3) Coffee. Now Italy is world famous for its coffee and other Italian resorts I’ve been to provide the likes of espresso, cappuccino, etc. from proper, working with ground beans, coffee machines. Sikania has unfortunately opted for the undoubtedly cheaper powdered instant coffee option, with the real deal only available at the bar, for a price, of course. Real shame! 4) Another traditional Italian “dish”, the famous pizza, was absent from the provided food items altogether, but was available for the “modest” €10/pizza with a preorder from the day before. Words fail me ... 5) The waterline machines ARE NOT working outside meal hours, so the only drinking water option outside those periods is the bar, again for a price. 6) Beach line is the narrowest I’ve seen in a 4* resort, barely wide enough to fit a single row of chaise longs and there’s probably not a lot that can be done about that as it appears to be the result of nature reclaiming a significant chunk of the beach. The fact however that vacationing folk wanting to take a sun chair by the sea are charged €15/day is something that can and should be rectified! Btw, current TripAdvisor Sikania resort pictures of the beach in question display a rather wider entity, which doesn’t correspond to the status quo. If possible I will try to attach a couple of pictures of the beach as it stands today. 7) Internet and cell reception around the complex are spotty at best. Example: no WiFi inside the bar by the pool. 8) English is not widely used throughout the resort, so knowledge of some Italian is a must. I can see that the resort is mainly frequented by Italians, but still ... 9) There are mosquitos, unfortunately, sufficient in numbers to cause aggravation for the holiday goers, mostly during morning and evening hours. This place is about 3* and very far from 4*. The food was pretty monotonous and bad. The coffee is from a machine and instant. The worst is the service - especially the restaurant managers. Be careful if you are late in the evening. The rooms were ok, but with very noisy mattresses that make noises with every movement. The only thing I liked was the sea. the water is very nice.

Struttura pulita e curata specialmente i giardini molto fioriti, camere da letto grandi ma datate che consentono comunque un buon riposo, bagno senza finestra e da ristrutturare. Cibo NON da 4 stelle, c’è la quantità ma non la qualità. Nell’insieme bellissima vacanza e un ringraziamento speciale all’animazione che con gli spettacoli serali ci ha fatto divertire essendo il villaggio ubicato nel… nulla…(per fortuna avevamo noleggiato una macchina). Molto bravo lo speaker di RadioZetaClub, Piergiorgio, intrattenente e mai noioso, e il dj Federico con scalette musicali, audio e luci sempre perfette! Veronica capo animazione, Dario , Marta e Claudio Little Battisti, bravissimi anche loro, una squadra vincente alla quale si è aggiunto Marco, che ci ha fatto ridere a crepapelle durante il nostro soggiorno e grazie ai quali non ci siamo mai annoiati. Ci tornerei? Anche no, villaggio troppo fuori mano e con una spiaggia a pagamento se vuoi sentire le onde del mare…

Bellissima esperienza di soggiorno quella al sikania resort di Butera. Dalla pulizia, alla gentilezza del personale, alla vista mozzafiato, tutto ci ha accolti ed incantati. Le stanze comode e pulite, i viali deliziosi con un verde curatissimo e delizioso. Servizi ottimi e garanzia di cortesia e relax. Piscina e spa superlativi. Efficenti, simpatici e disponibili i ragazzi dell'animazione soprattutto al mini club per i nostri piccoli. È stato un bellissimo soggiorno.

Ho soggiornato in quest' eco resorts per una settimana intera. Sicuramente mi sono rilassata. ✌Le ragazze dello zetino club (mini club) molto brave e carine , come anche l'intrattenimento serale, carino Il mare bello; parte con la sabbia poi c'è un pezzetto con i sassi e poi da lì è tutta sabbia bassa fino alla boa bianca . Se come me ci andate con bambini e bellissimo. Camere tutto sommato belle e discretamente pulite Letto pulito Cambio teli tutti i giorni Possibilità di chiedere telo mare ❌ Ma le ragazze/i reception poco preparati e disorganizzati. Mi hanno fatto banalmente ridere mi hanno dato le chiavi della camera mi hanno detto buona giornata, senza dirmi dove dovevo andare hahah ... Non ho parole Mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero portato subito la valigia in camera. Eh dopo 15 /20 min sono tornata in dietro a prendermela da sola ... Non arrivava più. Ma questa è una piccolezza. No kit doccia, solo doccia schiuma e sapone mani a muro. Doccino rotto Soffione calcaroso che schizzava ovunque. Pasticceria interna negozietto non più funzionante, tutti i giorni chiuso e in reception fanno finta di non sapere ... Penosi. Niente bollitore in camera . E la sera al ristorante la macchinetta per l'acqua calda non funzionante. Il problema più Grande è stato il Cibo. Lavorano sulle quantità, ma aimé non sulla qualità, pensavo che andando al sud Italia si mangiasse sempre e cmq bene, ma no. In oltre mangiare cibo caldo era difficile. Verdure tutte fredde da frigo, anche le zucchine grigliate, sembravano appena tolte dal frigorifero... Molto triste Ho dovuto chiedere ai camerieri tutti i giorni se mi scaldavano qualcosa per la mia bimba di 8 anni perché era tutto davvero freddo. Ci sta che ci sia del cibo freddo d'estate , ma non tutto. Il dolce a cena faceva pena A colazione il succo... Non ne parliamo come il cappuccino ... Disgustoso Caffè solo americano...Bah E poi la qualità proprio bassa , è quello che mi ha deluso dì più . Ne ho girati di resort, ma questa mensa è proprio triste, sarebbe stato meglio meno scelta ma più qualità. E il bollitore in camera x chi ha bambini anche grandicelli secondo me è importante. Fine

Resort molto grazioso e ben curato, camere pulite ed essenziali (abbiamo avuto un problema con il phon ci è stato sostituito con uno nuovo). Il servizio di reception è ottimo i ragazzi sono gentili e molto premurosi. Il ristorante, a buffet, è gradevole, non eccezionale, per un 4 stelle potrebbero migliorare la qualità degli ingredienti. Gli animatori molto graziosi e simpatici. Piscina grande molto bella. Unica pecca, il mare purtroppo per cause naturali la spiaggia è poco usufruibile. Nota di demerito le uniche sdraio usufruibili in riva al mare sono a pagamento, scelta poco ragionevole in quanto bisogna pagare per un servizio che "dovrebbe" essere compreso nell'all inclusive, ma anche pagando si rinuncia all'animazione che invece si svolge nella parte superiore della spiaggia, servizio da migliorare!

Ancora manca un giorno alla fine di questa settimana passata al Sikania... Ebbene posso assolutamente dire che questa struttura, meravigliosa, dovrebbe fare una statua a questi MAGNIFICI ragazzi capitanati da Veronica la tonica, che rendono memorabile la vacanza.Mai invasivi MA travolgenti E sempre pronti e ragalare un sorriso, Pier e Claudio top, ma dovrei citarlo giustamente tutti. Un grosso applauso anche ai ragazzi del bar capitanati da Marco, sanno oggettivamente fare BENE il gintonic, e al servizio biberoneria ( impeccabile) con la signora Grazia e il suo doppio ruolo in pizzeria ( pizza top). Sempre gentili anche alla reception pronti a soddisfare ogni minima richiesta.... E allora direte perché non dare 5 stelle il ristorante a mio avviso deve ancora lavorare molto per dare una maggiore varietà e qualità del cibo a partire dalla colazione. Io capisco la politica aziendale ( così mi ha riferito un cameriere) ma un tostapane per il pane tostato, o migliorare anche sensibilmente I cornetti per non parlare poi dei pranzi e della cena.... Si può fare infinitamente meglio.... Resta cmq una bellissima vacanza, grazie Zeta club, grazie Veronica ❤️ Mostra meno

Abbiamo soggiornato al Sikania Eco Resort nel giugno 2025. I locali sono ampi e puliti. L’animazione è competente e in grado di proporre spettacoli inediti. Sebbene i primi non fossero eccezionali, sono alquanto consigliate le altre portate. Gli animatori con le loro attività ti accompagnano dalla mattina fino a tarda notte, partendo con i risvegli muscolari di beatrice, per arrivare alle serate disco night, passando tra lezioni di baciata, tornei e baby e teen club di claudio.
