Served the purpose for this trip. I wouldn't recommend if you are skiddish about access. This property sits right off the freeway near a truck stop and has doors to the building that are NOT secure. Sure there's signs up for guests that the preference is to enter through front. If you are traveling with a pet or a damiky why would you choose to enter in the furthest door from your room. Anyway, extremely noisy good for training a dog to get calm I guess.

We booked at this hotel and it was absolutely unacceptable. Red Lion is known for being nice clean hotels, we have stayed there a number of times. This one….stained bed spread and torn sheets, missing smoke detector, rude staff. Asked to be refunded and told no ( we had booked 3 nights) and not refunded for the other 2 nights either? How is that ok? We didn’t even stay there, walked in saw the filthy room and walked out. And not anything refunded they kept our whole amount? We are from Canada and things already cost us so much more and then walking in to this hotel and seeing nice online pictures, and once driving up you could see it was nothing like shown. And then the rooms…. Disgusting. Highly recommend staying anywhere but here.

I was traveling by myself. The two nice women at the front desk hit a snag and couldn’t complete my check in. A 50s something man came to “help”. He told me what a nice woman I must be, and how he would give me the “best room” in the place. When I signed the credit card receipt he told me he was going to frame my signature and put it in his bedroom. I slept with a chair propped up against the door. Absolutely creepy.

Building is super old and run down but honestly for the price, it wasn’t bad. Good for a one night stay driving through. The girl at the front desk was super nice and greets every person. I appreciated her. Rooms seemed to be decently clean and they provided shower soaps for us. I would say for what you pay it is what is expected.

To their credit, my room appears to be clean and the AC works. On the flip side... where do I start. At check-in we were greeted by 3 men that spoke to each other in Hindi and said less than a dozen words to us in English. The building is in rough shape - There are broken windows held together with packing tape, the screens in half the windows are torn out, and the exterior needed painting years ago. The internet doesn't work (I'm writing this using my cell phone as a hot spot). There are long term tenants here and the odors in the building at dinner time were revolting. There is tenant noise, dogs barking, construction noise during the day. Should I go on. I'm glad I'm out of here in the morning.

Checked in. Desk person barely spoke English. 20 degrees outside. No heat in room. Called down. They brought up a 110 V heater and screwed it into the wall (!). Bathroom sink barely drained. TV didn't work. They sent up a guy who tried to fix it, but TV in 3 other rooms didn't work either. Sent up another person who spoke English. She assured me it would now work, but it didn't. Stay away from this place. It is close to I-15 junction, which is why I chose it. Don't make the same mistake. Drive a few more miles into Butte.

Worst hotel ever. Never book here. we were promised a refund and then they never gave it. We tried to call them, email, contact their headquarters, contact *******. Nothing. Will never recommend or ever stay at this hotel. They had to keep opening doors just to find a bed that was made. The room we were assigned was dirty, also the one next door. Do they even wash the bedding. Save yourself and do not stay here. It is so shady. Liars and live in employees. A vaccum over the floor could really help.
