Don't bother. Run, don't walk. Run down is an understatement. Only decent thing was clean linen on the beds. The stove not working properly, lounges smell and dirty, carpet filthy. Locks are a bit dicky Pictures online are not reality. Ready for a bulldozer!!!! :( :( :( 3 sad faces

Stayed for two nights and it was satisfactory because of the location with park and sea views. Parking underneath is tight. NO WIFI is unusual. The bathroom/toilet area needs a complete rework, but I suspect that the owners will demolish the whole building and put up something completely new. Staff are not onsite, but were helpful.
