Sem sombra de dúvidas, a PIOR experiência de hospedagem de toda minha vida. Os quartos são sujos, com péssimo cheiro. Roupa de cama manchadas com cheiro de guardado, banheiro sujo, portas sendo comidas por cupim ( acreditem, conseguimos escutar o barulho deles comendo a porta). Os quartos com cheiro de gato e a “sacada” não via uma limpeza a meses. Toda área comum era PODRE. Não podemos avaliar o café da manhã, porque não conseguimos dormir na pousada. Fomos para um evento com a intenção de descasar após, porém a pousada só nos serviu para trocar de roupa. Ainda assim, NAO RECOMENDO A ESTADIA NEM POR ALGUMAS HORAS. FOTOS TOTALMENTE ENGANOSAS. No mínimo é desrespeitoso com quem reserva o local, se baseado pelas fotos aqui postadas.

A pousada é super aconchegante e relaxante , parece um sítio com muitas árvores e 3 piscinas enormes , bem localizada próximo ao centro de cabo frio e a praia do forte . Só deixou a desejar no ar condicionado que não gelou a noite toda e o ventilador que não ligava , eles precisam fazer esses reparos . Tem café da manhã com poucas variedades , serviço de quarto, frigobar e tv no quarto tbm .

Um excelente atendimento de toda equipe em geral. Pelo menos 2x ao ano fico hospedado nesse recanto maravilhoso. Uma funcionária que brinco muito é a Venezuelana, uma simpatia que só. A equipe da limpeza deixa "minha" suíte impecável, nota mil. E um agradecimento em especial para Dona Ana com todo seu carisma e atenção.

Pousada de péssima qualidade, as fotos na Hurb engana bem, chegando lá o que vimos foi um lugar velho precisando de muiiitos reparos. O pior de tudo foi que choveu e simplesmente inundou o quarto e não fizeram nada a respeito. Pior experiência de todas.
