A more courteous demeanor and a warm greeting from staff would be greatly appreciated. Upon our arrival at the hotel, the front desk attendant greeted me indifferently and neglected to ask if we required assistance. Our room accommodations were booked for four guests, yet the room was prepared for only one guest. As a result, we requested additional towels and toiletries, which the front desk attendant assured us would arrive promptly; however, they failed to follow through on this commitment.

Worst hotel experience ever! They never cleaned our room and didn’t have towels and soap available. Tv wasn’t working and the glass of the lamp fell on my face while I was sleeping. Spoke to the manager and they said because I did the reservation through expidia they couldn’t do anything. They gave all the responsibility to *******.
