The person working the front desk didnt know how to create key cards. I made 4 trips and had 3 different rooms assigned to me before he used the master key to let us into a room.

Checking in was slow but friendly, on site restaurant closed, broken facilities in reception area, no laundry service unless you want bleach.

We didn’t expect much from a small-town hotel, but we felt this was false advertised. The pictures on ******* did not match the actual room and must be highly edited. The building is very outdated—dim rooms with no overhead lights, a scratched-up tub that looked dirty, and outdoor seating that consisted of an old Subway table by a muddy river. Security felt lacking with old-school physical keys, and the front desk wasn’t staffed at night. While the receptionist was kind, the overall condition made the place feel unclean. It’s pretty bad when other guests in the building make comments about regrets booking there. Would not stay there again.

Very next front counter staff. Very quiet and comfortable room.
Only slight issue was that there was no elevator and our room was on the second floor. Our bags were quite large but we managed. I hadn't thought to ask about an elevator when booking, so that's my fault. Just thought I'd mention it as it would be nice to make it super clear for customers to see when booking. Thanks

The room was too hot initially and the window had to be opened, the heat turned off and the room door opened.

Old and needs renovations
This is an older hotel with too few electrical outlets that limits the charging of electronic devices! The room was smaller than expected and more crowded than expected.
The toilets are too low if you have knee joint problems. Taller toilets are best for older persons who require to get up more easily.
