This property is unsafe and its not clean, also there is no staff after 11pm to 7am so you are on your own which is unsafe

Our curtain didnt close all the way so we had light coming in when we went to bed at early in the morning before getting up. Not up to our usual expectations from staying there before.

Not much in Cache Creek. We ate at the Bears Claw which was recommended but not good. Sandman Hotel needs a refurbishment but the staff were very friendly and had done a really good job at cleaning. Does need more lighting in room which was very dark. Just one bedside light to light whole room.

Property around the hotel was run down and buildings near by were closed.
Inside the hotel they did their best to be clean and neat.

Are stay was great quiet, clean, comfortable, staff was amazing patient and kind! The property itself is a little rough around the edges but inside and the rooms are great

Coffee supplies were limited and bottled water was very hard to find and the ice maker was broken. No staff available after 11pm

A/C sounded like a truck. No restaurant - it’s permanently closed. Room door stuck and had to be forced open or closed. Tiny room, one bedside table. I always thought Sandman had a good reputation. I seem to be wrong.
