From the minute we arrived we felt at home. The staff we friendly and organised. Our rooms were great and the facilities were amazing. Breakfast, afternoon snacks and dinner were great. A variety of choices. Everything was at the doorstep and there was something for everyone. We will definitely be back

We’ve visited Hotel Neue Post for four consecutive years now as they always look after us incredibly well. Each year the rooms and facilities seem to improve and the prices stay reasonable. Could not recommend enough. We’ll be back next year.

great friendly atmosphere in the hotel. The welcome we received when we arrived was first class. Food and rooms perfect as well as the facilities. the Spar and roof top swimming pool is a great addition to the wellness center. We will certainly be returning.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our company ski trip, and it was simply sublime! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our group had a fantastic experience. Despite being a larger group compared to other guests, the hotel seamlessly accommodated all our needs. Nothing was too much to ask – every request was met with efficiency and a warm smile. The level of service was outstanding, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere welcoming, and the attention to detail truly impressive. Whether it was dining, room arrangements, or après-ski relaxation, everything was perfectly taken care of. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our ski trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!

This hotel never lets us down. It is the best hotel experience you can possible have when visiting Mayrhofen. We have been here every year, except for a few corona years, since 2007. We always come back because of several reasons. The Pfister familys warm welcome and the way they make you feel during the stay. The rooms, the FOOD, the service, the rooftop pool, the bar.... Everything is perfect and during the time there we always wish we could stay longer. Book a stay at Neue Post, you will never regret it and possibly, like us, be back next time you visit beatiful Mayrhofen.

We stayed in Neue Post Hotel for 4 days during our family ski trip. We loved it! First, Mayrhoven is an amazing place, and this hotel made this vacation unforgettable. All is on a top level here! Food just the best! The room nice and clean. The indoor pool is very warm! (Sometimes in the hotels they do have an indoor swimming pool but the water is so cold that you don't want to go there. This is not the case for Neue Post! you will love the pool!). We also enjoyed the kids playroom and a gaming room! The bus to the ski cable stops just in front of the hotel, which is super convenient! I still can't get why this hotel doesn't have 5 stars. It definitely feels like an awesome 5 stars Hotel. We already booked the upcoming year here :) and recommended it to all our friends!
