Easy to find location, but terrible sound absorption and you can hear your neighbours walking on the wooden floor and parties nearby. Only two sockets for the whole room, no hair dryer, bedsheet is not the cleanest.

The room was booked for to nights first room offered 3 floor no lift.It was dull bedding looked old well used.asked for another due to stairs and did not like could not tell the proprietor that we considered gruby did not want conflict had to go

Nice little hotel for a couple of nights. great location close to trams and railway Taxi driver had difficulty locating as only a doorway to the main street but has the name on a green awning. No lift so if you have difficulty with stairs t could be an issue.
I loked it.

Tiny, smelly, dirty, mold in the bathroom, dirty sheets, no elevator, no air conditioning, noisy outside, walls so thin that you can hear your neighbor snoring in the next room. A shower towel and 1 small towel for 2 people, only after asking for more - never again!

Scarsa pulizia e malmesso, ma questo ci può stare per il costo delle stanze. Quello che proprio non è ammissibile è la maleducazione del proprietario, alla nostra richiesta di aggiungere le lenzuola al letto che non le aveva, ce ne ha date un paio sporche e senza alcun dubbio usate! Foto per conferma. Non ho messo una stella unicamente perché ci è stata offerta la colazione!

j'ai dormi à plusieurs reprises dans cet hôtel lors de mes soirées. Rien à redire niveau propreté et l’emplacement en plein centre-ville c’est le top! Pour ma part, le personnel a toujours été agréable avec nous. Le patron est arrangeant, très gentil, et nous guide, bien pratique pour savoir où se trouve le beau château de Caen!!

Hôtel familial situé en plein centre ville de Caen. A proximité de tout et notamment des transports, du port, du marché et des boutiques. Accueil de qualité. Petit déjeuner simple et efficace. Je recommande vivement :)

Accueil très chaleureux que ce soit à l’arrivée ou au départ. le rapport qualité/prix est au top. Agréable séjour dans cette hôtel qui est très bien situé. personnel super sympa et à l’écoute. Très bon séjour à refaire.

La posizione è comoda vicino al centro e con parcheggio in strada a pagamento ma l’unica nota positiva. La camera è piccola, per non parlare del bagno ma la cosa peggiore sono le lenzuola e cuscini macchiati. Nelle camere c’è un’odore sgradevole dovuto a non so che cosa. Non abbiamo provato la colazione perché direi che non era il caso.
