We stayed in this hotel many times, actually. 
- i feel a but disappointed that a smaller room was assigned but at least the front desk didn’t give me the room that I asked to avoid.
-the housekeeping didn’t clean the room the second day so the next day I had to inform the staff in the lobby to make sure that the housekeeping would come to clean the room
- No bottle or a jar (for refill the water) provided in the room as they don’t provided bottles of water any more so the guests have to refill the water from the machine, located on every floor instead. The first night, I have to buy a big bottle of water from 7-11 so we have a bottle to refill more water

The front desk this time were quite nice this time , compared to the team that we met along 5 years (2017-2020 and 2023)

The absolute best thing about this place is its location. Situated directly across from Taipei Main Station, it's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. The back alleys are also packed with amazing street food – a definite highlight. However, on the downside, the facilities are quite dated and could really use a renovation. Specifically, the showerhead in the bathroom was difficult to control, causing water to spray all over the floor. It would also have been a nice touch if the instant coffee provided came with creamer. Lastly, the seating area in the lobby was quite limited.

The front desk staff provided excellent service. We were able to drop off our luggage before check-in, and they kindly delivered it directly to our room. The room itself was quite spacious, and the mini-bar was stocked with complimentary drinks and biscuits. The surrounding area offered a wide variety of convenient dining options. While breakfast was simple, it was perfectly satisfactory.

Perfect Staycation Experience!

I booked this hotel for a quick staycation, and it was exactly what I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room was spotless, spacious, and had everything for a comfortable stay — from the soft bed to the relaxing bathtub.

The highlight for me was the breakfast buffet. There were plenty of choices, and everything tasted fresh. I also enjoyed spending time by the pool, which was clean and not too crowded.

Overall, it was a relaxing and stress-free escape without having to travel far. I’d definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable staycation.

The hotel boasts a great location, very close to both the MRT station and a shopping mall. Our room was clean and neat. The only slight downside was the lack of an on-site laundry facility; the nearest one is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Best hotel in this location, we had a room with bath in the private garden what was very convenient. Nice swimming pool, friendly stuff and very close to night market by walking.
Only issues was:
- no bar at the beach 
- had to pass the road when going to beach 
- the swimming pool was closed everyday from 12-13 for cleaning

In general we were very satisfied from our trip there.
