Immaculate place with very spacious modern room and very nice en-suite walk-in shower. Communal kitchen area with all day coffee, tea, water, fresh fruit, snacks and yoghurts. Well situated in a quiet street yet close to the main streets and the railway station. Breakfast vouchers given to redeem at a local cafe and occasionally served at the guesthouse. Salvatore is very helpful throughout. The only minor point is the lack of soundproofing especially with wooden floors above but if you bring ear plugs it’ll be fine. Highly recommend!

Great location close to the historical center, restaurants and shops. The room was very clean, spacious and very comfortable.
The host was generous to let me check-in early, and he is one of the best!

Very nice place, close to the city center. Clean and neat. Sweet owner, the access to the rooms is with a card that beeps loud everytime you use it. Might be loud. Overall everything was perfect. Will definitely come again

Great location close to the historical centre, restaurants and shops. Accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. A simple breakfast in the B&B on our first morning then in a local cafe a few metres away. Our host, who spoke very little English (we communicated through translation apps and our poor Italian) was one of the best. When the GPS sent us in the wrong direction he drove to meet us in the middle of the night and guided us . He had useful suggestions of places to visit and even lent us some towels so we could see one of the areas fabulous beaches. A great stay and a great host. The only down side - if you have a car you park on the street and it gets very busy.

Camera e struttura rifatta da poco. Stanza molto bella e funzionale, parti comuni complete, pulite, ordinate. Cucina con a disposizione succhi, acqua, yogurt, caffè, tè, ecc., da consumare liberamente. A 10 min. di taxi dall'aeroporto e in centro a Cagliari. Consigliatissimo

Hôtel à deux pas du centre historique de Cagliari, pratique pour visiter à pieds, avec le jardin botanique, restaurants et bars à proximité. Les chambres sont belles, récemment rénovées, spacieuses et propres. Le système de clé digitale est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner pris à bar est excellent !
