This is the worst hotel I have ever been. The man at the reception is rude and uncaring. It is a 3 storied building and there is no lift. It happened I broke a bone on my foot during travelling and it was with great difficulty I managed. They didn’t care and put me on the 3rd floor. What is more they don’t supply milk in the room and we had to buy milk for our coffee. I think the man is either racist or hate customers. Do NOT stay there!!!

Easy to get to from the airport. Room had good facilities and plenty of room. However smelt when we first arrived, although we got use to it. Staff were friendly.

Air conditioner didn’t not work properly, barley cool enough to sleep! The room seemed tidy but smelled musty. The ceiling above the fans had so much dust bunnies hanging down we were afraid to put the fans on.
We couldn’t wait to leave!

The worst hotel!!! No one!!!
The first is poor hygiene. There are many bugs in the room. No measures have been taken. Friends, be careful. There are bugs on the bed when you sleep! And the room smells bad!
The second is poor facilities. The facilities are old and aging. There is also a musty smell, which is very bad!
The third is poor service. Because the air conditioner has a switch on the wall, we don’t know. We asked the staff, and the staff’s attitude was terrible! ! ! The hotel staff are all Indians. They are very hostile to Chinese people, and they dare to racially discriminate! ! ! I have been to so many places at home and abroad, but this is the worst hotel I have stayed in! ! ! No one!!! It's a little far from Cairns Central, about a 30 minute walk, but it's nice because you can walk along the waterfront.
