We checked in very late, around 2:00am, as we arrived back late from Hurghada. We only managed to sleep for about 3 hours before heading out again for our desert tour, but even in such a short stay, the hospitality really stood out. Thank you so much to the hotel for kindly helping us store our luggage, this small help made a big difference to our travel plans. A very special thank you to Hazim. They were extremely helpful and genuinely kind. We had trouble booking an Uber, as drivers kept asking for extra money and rejecting foreign calls. In the end, Kasim patiently helped us book a car, guided us to the driver, and made sure everything was settled properly. Their kindness and willingness to help, even in the early hours of the morning, truly meant a lot to us. This is the kind of service that travelers will always remember. Perfect location just across the road from the Museum. The hotel is safe for solo travelers, and there are police officers stationed on the ground floor of the building. Rooms are clean and basic breakfast is served in the room. Be aware of booking any additional services as the manager has the tendency to change the price and request higher price (in my case triple) than the agreed amount at the time of booking. The incident made me feel very uncomfortable as I am not used to being spoken to in a rude/ unfriendly/ border line aggressive manner by men, especially service providers. It did leave a bad impression at the very end of my stay.

You flew for 11 hours and arrived at this hotel to be told that your guaranteed reservation had been cancelled because they had overbooked and they then moved you to a lower grade and lower ranking hotel. Book this hotel at your peril.

Perfect location on Tahir sq and lovely staff at the reception. However, the room needs improvement starting with getting bed sheets larger than the mattress itself and putting bulbs on the lamps.

I would not recommend to book the hotel early before visit the area. I booked for four nights and when I visited the hotel change my mind never refund me. Took my money without any benefit
