Lieu magnifique avec du personnel au petit soin. Le spa est vraiment super et les piscines chaudes un vrai bonheur !! Ma fille a adoré la ferme avec tous ces animaux et surtout le paon qui lui a offert une jolie plume Ça vaut le coup de faire la route. Merci encore.

Hermoso hotel, tiene minizoológico, que si vas con niños es un golazo. La atención es espectacular y la comida muy rica. La habitación que me entregaron siempre estaba limpia a nuestro regreso de cada tours y los desayunos eran variados pero podría ampliar un poco.

Fui al restaurante el Fogón. Bastante buena la comida y la atención aunque demoró en llegar. El ambiente es muy tranquilo, se respira aire fresco y no hay mucho ruido. Está algo lejos de la parte central de Cajamarca.

Es un hotel fenomenal, la relación precio calidad es acorde a todos los servicios, mantenimiento y atenciones del hotel. Esta alejado de la ciudad, es una especie de finca, con su mini granja, piscinas naturales con aguas termales e inmensas áreas verdes. El hotel es super relajado los trabajadores son todos amables, el desayuno incluido es muy completo y para todas las edades. Las piscinas pueden ser usadas hasta altas horas de la noche. La verdad que la experiencia ha sido excelente 👌 😉 se los recomiendo para q vayan ya sea solos, familia amigos y en pareja, no se arrepentirán.

Hotel de una sola planta, en medio de un gran área verde, desde donde no hay ningún ruido de la ciudad. Muy buena atención del personal. Tiene tres piscinas alimentadas con agua termal, que surge en el predio del hotel. El restaurante presenta platos muy elaborados. Su único punto a mejorar es el tiempo de espera, que en fin de semana puede ser enojosamente prolongado.

La infraestructura del hotel es linda, pero el restaurant es pésimo. Nos hicieron esperar casi 2 horas (!!!) desde que pedimos la comida, sin advertencia alguna. Encima la carne estaba súper chiclosa y los ravioles le cayeron mal a las dos personas que los comieron. Lamentable atención, mala comida.

Quiero hacer una reserva pero solo se puede directamente con ellos. No están en otra pagina o plataforma y directamente con ellos son complicados y no son amables. Si así es mi experiencia con la reserva me imagino que el servicio en el hotel también está mal. No los recomiendo.

Excelente experiencia en este hermoso Hotel, la atención de los chicos de recepción es A1, desde el Botones que te espera para ayudarte con el equipaje, el restaurante el Chef Erick Romero, salió para recomendarnos la especialidad de la casa y estuve exquisito, lo súper recomiendo.
