Fantastic stay at this hotel food was absolutely banging and I looked forward to evening meal each and everyday. The location left nothing to be desired... Country walks, beaches and shops. The only downside was nothing to do with the hotel as we had a group of about 60 women of a certain age at a Zumba convention who whooped, cheered and referred to each other as babe at any opportunity .. Made it fell like The Witches... I kept expecting them to remove their wigs and have a good scratch!

I enjoyed the trip overall but I had problems with ants being in my room the fridge wasnt that big either and what annoyed me quite a bit aswell I booked for breakfast and dinner but when it came to dinner we weren’t allowed to jab anything other than water but breakfeast it was okay to have everything I found that stupid

Moved to this hotel after a bad experience with our 1st hotel, hotel was what we expected, clean, good all inclusive good size rooms/apartments, nice quiet area the centre is a good 30 mins walk but it's a nice walk and it's only around 6 euros in a taxi or there is a bus that passes hotel, would definitely return to this chain of hoteld

Just left after 5 sunny & relaxing days here with my husband and daughter. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful, the buffet food is great, wasn’t very impressed with snacks by pool as same every day, although the fruit selection was lush. The pool area is well kept and surrounded by trees so plenty of shade if you need it. Location is ideal as very easy walk to sa coma and Cala Millor. We hired bikes which is highly recommended as they have cycle paths all the way to both resorts. The only downside is that the rooms are dated and need a refresh so currently I would agree with previous reviews that it’s a 3 star.

This hotel had good choice with food and drinks. Only let down the is the housekeeping missed our room constantly. Had to ask reception for towel and toilet roll. The floors were horrible and dirty as no house keeping came.

This hotel is not 4* the rooms are very tired and need updating - the bathrooms are of poor quality. The shower pressure is low and water is either boiling or ice cold when in use as shower. Maintenance were called and responded immediately to try and rectify our issues. The restaurant provides an excellent choice for breakfast and evening meal, plenty of food available to suit all tastes. Very good value for money due to the variety and quality. The staff however are outstanding ! Nothing is ever too much trouble - all staff members we encountered from Front of house, to bar, shop, housekeeping and maintenance were excellent ! The hotel was okay overall and is only a 5’min walk to the beach and main road for access to public transport to Palma.

Great location near 2 beaches ⛱️ explore forest walk 🚶♂️ and cliffs. Easy access to other locations. Staff very friendly and helpful.
