I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and they did me earlier check in. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, offering a variety of breakfast options like omelette, sandwiches, yoghurt with granola, sweets . The hotel's location was convenient, close to public transport to go to San Pedro de Atacama and lots of Peruvian/Bolivian restaurants. Overall, the Ibis Hotel provided excellent service, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

The room is a bit small. There is no place to put the big suitcase when it is opened. It can only be placed at the door. It is inconvenient to get in and out. The distance between the table and the bed is small. Pulling out the chair can touch the bed, which is inconvenient. The soundproofing is not very good. You can hear water being discharged from other rooms and flushing the toilet. The air conditioner is not powerful and the sound is still loud. I can only sleep with earplugs. Breakfast is okay, but you can only eat it at 7 o'clock. You can't eat when you go out. I don't know if others have experienced taking it away. The hotel has a restaurant, but the price is too expensive. There is no English menu and the waiter does not speak English. It is inconvenient. I think the only advantage is that there is a big supermarket opposite, where you can buy some food without having to go to restaurants all the time. There was an incident when I went there. We had a car, and I went to the front desk to ask where I could park. Of course I stayed here, but the front desk gave me directions to the supermarket parking lot, but that was a public parking lot, which was famous in the local area. I broke the window and grabbed something. After checking in, the front desk told me that the hotel had its own parking lot and drove the car over. Hey, I think this is very bad. Why not just drive to the hotel parking lot and then check in? It's very inconvenient.

First of all, the most annoying thing is the price/performance ratio, which is much more expensive than other hotels of the same level. Secondly, the facilities and equipment are even more annoying. Hotel rooms of the same level are larger. The most important thing is the bed. In South America, the bed is only 1.1 meters. concept! I don't know what they think. Are they all for children? When lying on the bed, you have to stretch your feet out and cannot turn over. If you are prone to turning over at night, don’t book it. Don’t stay in a hotel in a foreign country and get injured if you fall off the bed at night. It’s not worth it! It is recommended that friends consider carefully before starting!

The location should be good, very close to the bus station, about ten minutes walk. There are large supermarkets and shopping malls downstairs. It is estimated to be the largest commercial cluster in the city. The room hygiene and various conditions are standard for an Ibis hotel. It's neither as bad nor as good as some reviews say. Very suitable as a transit hotel. Breakfast was pretty good too.

The experience was very bad. The water was cold, it never came out hot. No one offered me a solution. The staff was very unwilling to resolve the issue. I won't return and don't recommend it. It's unbelievable that there's no hot water in an international hotel.

The hotel is excellent, the service and the location, I would say it is a first class 3 star hotel, the room is very comfortable and very clean and the bathroom is small but good and the breakfast is quite complete, it is located in front of the Jumbo and very close to shopping, you can walk there.

To begin with, I was very embarrassed at the reception (the staff were completely unprepared) because they wanted to charge me an amount that didn't exist. I had already paid part of it with points, and even when I showed them my account statement, they acted like they didn't understand and wanted me to pay an exorbitant amount. I said I wouldn't pay, and they called a manager, and then a general manager, I believe. Even after showing the paid invoice (only 7,647.02 Chilean pesos remaining), they wanted to charge me $42 to settle the matter at the hotel. In the end, they deducted another 2,000 points from my ALL account (40 euros) and said everything was settled. I only noticed the discount later, after an hour trying to resolve the issue. When I entered the room, the air conditioning didn't work, nor did the TV. The worst experience possible. I'll wait until I return to Brazil and make a complaint directly to the ALL network. If they don't refund my points, I'll file a lawsuit. RUN AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

The service at the reception was terrible, they were serving other passengers while they were serving me. When I arrived at the room, there were no towels and the soap and shampoo were disposable (totally unhygienic), there was no toothpaste, the room was "minimalist". Also, it was a complete disaster to find the entrance to the hotel. Google maps sends you to any place.

They carried out the violation of privacy by assigning my room to other passengers while I was on my rest hours, rooms with multiple flaws, courtesy and unhelpful customer service, they demonstrate that they do not have the profile and skills for customer service, food service (breakfast) does not have enough physical space to serve guests, food replacement service takes extensive time, loyalty and commitment to the client is not reflected, Hotel Service NOT RECOMMENDED

Worst experience at an Accor hotel to date. Unprepared reception staff (to say the least). Even unreasonable financial demands, which were not due according to the reservation made in advance, were made (obviously not accepted by me). The room heating did not work (and it was zero degrees Celsius that night, May 18-19, 2022). The safe did not work (and it was still completely loose, without any fixings). The next day they tried to fix the heating without any solution. They also took a broken portable heater. There was no blanket in the unit on a very cold night. The assistant manager Antônio, visibly embarrassed, said that he would give me that night as a courtesy, refunding the amount paid and Club points used. To this date, I have not found either one or the other. Moral of the story: terrible. Get out!!!

Gostamos muito da localização! Apenas 10 minutos de carro do aeroporto, fica em frente a um supermercado e a uma quadra de shopping e casino. Extremamente limpo, corredor sempre cheiroso. Quartos padrão Ibis, decoração clean, achamos o tamanho do banheiro maior que de costume. O hall é um charme, tem bar, estações de trabalho, sinal wifi ótimo e restaurante, almoçamos e jantamos lá, comida saborosa e preço justo, inclusive não hóspedes vão até lá para refeições. Eles tem uma cachorrinha resgatada que "trabalha" lá, rs. Há quadros na parede contando a história dela, se chama Tata! Parabéns ao hotel pelo carinho aos animais. Tem estacionamento próprio. O café da manhã é muito bom e tem doces deliciosos. Funcionários gentis, o checkin e checkout foram rápidos.

La atención es mala. Los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones no funcionan. La limpieza del hotel es mala. Los baños de recepción tienen suciedad de varios meses

hotel lindo basico y chico suficiente para una estadia de no mas de 2 dias buen desayuno habitaciones muy pequeñas buenas camas exelente ubicacion al frente de super mercado y a 3 cuadras del mall un 10 en ese aspecto una zona un poco complicada para salir de noche pero nada de otro mundo

Cómodo para hacer compras cerca de mall y centros comercial .recomendable por ubicación , estacionamiento,.cuenta con restaurant ,sin gran variedad pero todo el servicios es acorde al precio .para ir de compras a calama o hacer noche es bueno.
