Very bad experience. One of frnd stayed there and stuff was stollen from locked room. And management not ready to take any responsibility for the missing items. This is very poor management of facilities and lack of security. Never recommended 👎🏻

My friend stayed at this hotel and his 2 iphones and wallet got stolen when he had gone out. The thief had a digital access key to his room. This is so unsafe. No security and safety in this hotel

Instead of good hospitality, they steal customers articles from their bags and don’t even assist them with any kind of investigation. People if u want yourself and your articles safe then don’t book this resort.

Customers security is not their concern Anyone can come in the hotel with the digital card and steal all your belongings and leave and next day the hotel can provide you with footage of how things were stolen #No security guard #I don't know how the thief gets the room key ( digital Room Key). #No accountability for customers loss. # How Goa is growing travel Industry with these kind of hotels in bucket list

My friend was staying here,his belongings were stolen and the owner denied taking any responsibility so basically it’s not safe at all and your room keys might be shared in order to make you suffer

I recently stayed at Ondas Do Mar Beach Resort Phase 1 and unfortunately experienced a serious security issue. My wallet (containing ₹40,000 in cash) and two iPhones were stolen during my stay. When I reported the incident to the hotel management, they refused to take any responsibility or offer assistance. Despite being a paying guest, the lack of accountability and basic security measures was extremely disappointing. I’m sharing this to caution others—please be aware of the risks and consider staying elsewhere to ensure your safety and peace of mind. Stay safe and choose your accommodations wisely.
